An Analysis Of The Phenomenon Of "Wastage Of Skill" In China's Vocational Education

After over 50 years of development since the founding of PRC, vocational and technical education in China is stepping into its peak period. However there seems to be a growing trend toward "Wastage of Skill" in this arena due to the existing system, exterior environment, ideology, mentality, selection strategy as well as the restructuring of the industry. This paper commences with the discussion over the concept of "Wastage of Skill".
