The exercise can causes to oxidize stress, but the sex dissimilarity to oxidize the reaction dissimilarity that should arouse. But the oxidative stress of sex difference that should have something to do with estrogen , the estrogen and the signal systems unite the function. This article will to study the relationship among exercise, oxidative stress, estrogen and MAPK.40 purebred (male=20,female=20)Spargue-Dawley rats ( six week-ages)are randomly divided into three groups: control group ( female=6, male=6), endurance training group ( female=6, male=6), the acute training group( female=6, male=6). Carry on six weeks of moderate endurance training, the acute training group have most to carry on the acute training once after six weeks endurance training. Take the left leg gastrocnemius. Transmission electric mirror observe cell mitochondria, hydroxyl-amidogen method to measure SOD enzyme activity, E- barbitone method to measure the content of MDA,radioimmunity method to measure estradiol of blood serum, the RT- PCR measures the ERK1/2 mRNAs. Experiment the result is as follows:(1) After six weeks training, the female group, the peaceful group, endurance training group and the acute training group did not show the obvious difference about weight; The male group (include endurance training group and the acute training group) has the obvious sex difference with of the peaceful group after training, and the all bigger than control group rat weight was light.(2) After six weeks training, cell mitochondria of male rats broke seriously, the female rats broke not obviously. After endurance training, SOD enzyme activity , the female rat group went up 47%( p < 0.05), the male lowered 26%( p < 0.05), the female was higher than the male 52%( p < 0.05). Content of MDA, the female went up 46% (p < 0.05), the male went up 35%( p < 0.05), the female was higher than the male 45% ( p < 0.05).The ERK1/2 expressions, the female rised 166%( p < 0.05), the male did not show the obvious difference (p > 0.05).The female was higher than the male 84%( p < 0.05). Two contents of Estrogen , the male went up 61%( p < 0.05), the female did not show the obvious difference. Conclusion: (1) Endurance training ( moderate exersise)'s function for female rats didn't decline the weight function, for male rats have weight of decline. Reduce weight for the sports, we should notice the athletic strength and the sex differences in the training of the aftertime, drawing up the different sport project for the different crowd.(2)After endurance training, the mitochondria of the skeleton muscle of the male ratsbroke seriously, the female rats skeleton muscle hurt very small.Learn from theappearance up the observation, the female anti- oxidizes the ability was stronger thanmale. After endurance training, the rats of the skeleton muscle SOD activity femalewent up, the male did not show the obvious difference; The MDA content male washigher than female. From the bio-chemical angle observation, the female antioxidizesability was stronger than male. This also provided the physiology basis for explainingthe longer female than male in life expectancy.(3)After endurance training, Estrogen went up in male; estrogenwent up in femaleafter acute training. There are some relationship between in oxidative stress andestrogen of gender difference.(4)After endurance training, the female rats ERK1/2 expressions went up, the maleERK1/2 expressions lowed. The estrogen be the natural anti- oxidizing agent, unitingthe function with the MAPKs, the estrogen carried out antioxidative function.(5)Free radicals produced in moderate exercise can activate the ERK1/2, complementthe anti-oxidizing agent exaltation sport project of ability according to exercisestrength and need to be reconsiderd and draw up.
