Now the matter of learning strategy is an important realm of educational psychology. And the Chinese middle school students have big trouble that they spend much time in learning English but still not learn well. In fact, there are a number of students with English learning difficulty. So we make a series of studies on the students' vocabulary learning strategy with English learning difficulty in grade 7, through which we want to know how the students' vocabulary learning strategies develop. And we hope that the research will be helpful to the educational practice.The essay consists of five chapters:Chapter 1, Literature ReviewChapter 2, Research Design and Data CollectionChapter 3, ResultChapter 4, DiscussionChapter 5, Summary of findings, implication and limitationThe main findings of the research are as follows: First, it is the lack of strategy knowledge that results the terrible outcomes in English learning for the students with English learning difficulty of Grade 7. Second, the questionnaire tells that the students with English learning difficulty have retardation in the development of Cognitive Strategy, Memory Strategy and Metacognitive Strategy. Third, the strategy training is effective for the students with English learning difficulty to their vocabulary learning. However, the effect will decrease by time.
