To Carry out 《Educational Technology Ability Standards for Elementary and middle schools Teachers》 (CETS ), Ministry of Education starts "The project for the teachers on Educational Technology Ability," Which consists of training, test and attesting. Based on the CETS and aimed at developing the teachings' ability to apply educational technology and promoting its effective application in teaching, The purpose of the project is: To establish teaching techniques training and testing authenticated system; To organize teaching techniques training in the content of information technology and effective conformity for discipline teaching; To better the teacher's ability to implement quality education.The essay analyses the enforcement condition of the project and its feasibilities of national areas and comes up with the measures to carry out it.
