Teacher is an example to students, and the beacon of growth.Gary ning said:educators affect pedagogue is not only teaching some knowledge, but also the behaviorof the other, life and attitude towards everyday phenomenon, The combination ofthem is teachers’ quality.Along with our country the implementation of the policy offree compulsory education, urban and rural areas in qinghai Tibetan children to schoolproblems of low-income families has been basically solved, however, the urbaneducation and education of Tibetan area of qinghai province, there is a larger gapbetween especially in Chinese language teaching.The cause of the gap in addition tothe bad natural environment, the most important is high or low of the Chinese languageteachers.The author USES the method of questionnaire and tracking conversations, selectHaiNaZhou prepares national secondary school six Tibetan areas such as investigation,exclude external conditions such as natural environment, hardware facilities, survey ofhan Chinese teacher literacy status quo, on the basis of analysis of the cause of thestatus quo and put forward some countermeasures.This article is divided into four chapters, the first chapter summarizes the relatedtheory about literacy in detail, and teachers should have the quality.The second chapterof qinghai Tibetan areas made a careful investigation of the Chinese language teachers,according to the survey: some teachers lack the necessary Chinese languageknowledge reserves;Some teachers poor language skills;Some teachers corporalpunishment student is serious and so on.The third chapter, analyze its reason, mainlymanifested in the Tibetan area of qinghai province Chinese teacher team constructionis not reasonable, it is lack of natural environment conditions, the software andhardware resources and teachers’ ideas.On this basis, the fourth chapter puts forwardsome proposals and Suggestions: strengthen into the cultivation of the pre-serviceteachers;Strengthen the cultivation of teachers after induction and improving theTibetan area of qinghai province Chinese teacher external conditions.
