Research On The Development Environment Present Situation And Optimized Countermeasures Of Our Country's Competitive Volleyball

In order to make our country's competitive volleyball advance with times and optimize every single detail in every developing period, avoids waste and insist on a sustainable development road. Therefore I put my research work on the basis of the environment, sports environment , environmental ecology and a lot of knowledge about environment science and I analyze these questions from the standpoints of internal environment and outer environment in order to find out the main factors which influence our competitive volleyball environment most and probe into the following these questions adopting the methods of documentary, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logical analysis etc. in the hope of providingsome reasonable advices about the problems which exist in the developing environment of our country's competitive volleyball.The results of research shows:The present situation of internal environment competitive volleyball: in the internal environment of competitive volleyball is lack of high-level managers and brokers. And the coaches and the players'qualities need to improve, and the reserves of competitive volleyball is scarce and only single ways of selecting players, and also lack of finance, and logistics work needs to be strengthen. Now the competition system can not fully adapt the development of competitive volleyball, training methods needs to innovate and meet some difficulties in managing, theories are broke away from the realities.The present situation of outer environment competitive volleyball: in the present the development of our country's competitive volleyball Is restricted by the tactic of"golden medal", impacted by the beach volleyball and other competitive sport events, and also influenced by the development level of economy and human environment, the competitive sports influenced the competitive volleyball a lot too.The mutual action of the internal and outer environment of competitive volleyball: these two environments can react and influence and restrict each other but can not mutual transformation of opposites, in different periods they will change that is the changing of outer environment can influence the condition of internal environment,and the same time the changing of internal environment will require the outer environment higher level. And assorted with the each other should use the policies and rule of laws.The main problems of the internal and outer environment of the competitive volleyball: in a long period of time the conflict between with the development need of volleyball by mass and the lack resources which been provided by the society is the main problem. That is also the main problem in the development of competitive volleyball.In conclusion, there has important problems in our country's competitive volleyball environment .in this paper I analyze these problems by three aspects that is internal environment ,outer environment and the whole environment and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions .
