In recent years,the state has actively advocated the implementation of the national fitness plan,the healthy China 2030 development strategy,and the outline of building a strong sports country,which has gradually strengthened the people's awareness of physical exercise,and ushered in a new era for China's sports undertakings.Air volleyball was first born in the game activities of the elderly.Its "low threshold"characteristics attract more and more people to join in.In Suzhou,there are often groups participating in air volleyball in gymnasium,community vacant space and other places.Air volleyball gradually enters people's daily life.However,the contradiction between the growing diversified sports demand of the people and the relative shortage of air volleyball resources is increasingly prominent.The development of air volleyball in Suzhou has encountered a bottleneck.Based on the investigation of the development history and current situation of the air volleyball in Suzhou,this paper attempts to analyze the environmental characteristics of the development of the air volleyball in Suzhou at this stage from the internal and external levels,and analyze the internal and external core factors that affect the development environment of the air volleyball in Suzhou This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the sustainable development of air volleyball in Suzhou.Main research results:(1)The development of air volleyball in Suzhou is characterized by short development time,fast development speed,deep popularity,wide coverage of the population,wide development distribution,and low age trend.(2)Suzhou's pleasant natural environment,rich corresponding policies,sustained economic growth and diversified social environment demand create a high-quality external environment for the development of air volleyball.However,Suzhou's insufficient use of these external environment advantages has not yet transformed them into the dynamic force for the development of air volleyball.(3)There are still some problems in the main body of supply of air volleyball in Suzhou,such as no division of politics and social affairs in the administrative management;too wide and too much decentralization in the event management,which leads to the tendency of insufficient supervision ability and insufficient attention of the management organization;in the human resource management,there is no obvious distinction between the training of coaches and referees;in the grass-roots air volleyball human resources management Resources are relatively scarce.(4)From the perspective of the participants,there are more middle-aged and elderly people in Suzhou air volleyball,and most of them are from the education sector or retired personnel of government departments.The participants are relatively solidified;the motivation of participation is mainly leisure and entertainment,physical and mental pleasure,and there is still room for improvement in the cognitive level of the project.(5)The main countermeasures for the development of air volleyball in Suzhou are:optimization based on the characteristics of the external environment,including the construction of regional landscape,the improvement of the macro development planning,the rational optimization of resource allocation efficiency,and the enrichment of the cultural connotation of air volleyball;optimization of the main level of supply,including the optimization of the administrative management and event management of air volleyball Management of management and human resources;countermeasures to improve the level of participants,including improving participants' cognitive level of air volleyball.
