A Study On The Adult Education Of Education Faculty In The Wuhan Institute Of Physical Education

At present, the development of high education career in China is very fast, standing scale-up of education faculty, inclining to various sources of education faculty, that putting forward more and more requests to the university and college teachers. Considering the currently position, Wuhan Institute of Physical Education is in the moment of truth of development and grandness, especially at the side of teachers'adult education. There exists some major problems in the education faculty of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education, such as irrational structure, lack of inner enough impetus in teaching and researching, loose relation between scientific and practice, low academic standard, scarcity of the leading and the backbone in the learning, lack of stability. Therefore, through researching and analyzing the construction of the education faculty and the actuality of the adult education in the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education, this article tried to exploring some new method of its adult education work, in order to obtaining the aim of strengthening the construction of the education faculty and promoting the healthy developing of this university.The dissertation takes the physical education faculty in the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education as researching object,and used documents study, investigation including questionnaire survey and interview, statistics, data analysis and comparative study to investigate and analyze them.Firstly, this article probed into the quantity, structure and study origin of the teachers that working in the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education, moreover, clarified the causes of adult education in the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education. Secondly, through introducing and basing the aim of adult education of university and college teacher, this article summarized the development aim which suit to the adult education of education faculty in the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education. Finally, on the base of anterior analysis and research, this article designed the notion of the adult education of education faculty in the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education, then, put forward the corresponding solutions and suggestions, that from two aspects of improving the interior circumstance and strengthening the interior cultivation.Through researching, this article considers that the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education must take some measures to solve the questions of its actuality: it should strengthen the system construction of the adult education in the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education, it should invest more money to ulteriorly improve the conditions of the adult education in the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education, it should introduce the prompting mechanism in order to enhance the study level of the physical education faculty in the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education, it also should create multiple and high efficiency adult education to immit motivity for the construction of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education.
