The teacher,therefore teaches the profession to clear up doubts also.The long-term stability of the country can not be separated from the young generation with good character and learning,and the cultivation of the young generation can not be separated from high-quality education.So,what is a good teacher? The author thinks: The moral ability has both sides,the service is fine.Excellent teachers should not only be good at teaching and educating people,but also be virtuous.As the enlightener of students' moral character and the disseminator of knowledge,teachers shoulder the responsibility of cultivating the future Ridge of the country.Especially since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly discussed teachers' qualities and the expectation of teachers' ethics.However,in the educational reality,there are still some teachers' misconduct,which has brought negative influence to the society and the educational circles.Therefore,as the cultivation of primary and Secondary School Physical Education Teachers Colleges and universities,we must put the students' teachers' moral education in the first place,carry on the pre-service teacher's moral cultivation to the students,and cultivate the good teacher's moral quality.In the process of the cultivation of teachers' ethics,the cultivation of teachers' ethics of Physical Education is deficient or insufficient.Wuhan Sports University is the cornerstone of the school's professional and brand of professional sports,for the country's primary and secondary schools to continue to send teachers.As the primary quality of teachers,teachers' morality needs to be strengthened and cultivated.The cultivation of teachers' morality is not only the theory of learning teachers' morality,but also the practice.However,the related research on the cultivation of Teacher's ethics is relatively weak in practice.Based on the current situation and characteristics of the cultivation of teachers' ethics for students of Physical Education Major in Wuhan Sports University,this paper probes into its deficiencies in curriculum construction,teaching practice,evaluation system,etc.,it also puts forward some practical ways in the aspects of education idea,curriculum construction,teaching practice and teacher's ethics evaluation,and provides some practical measures and suggestions for the cultivation of Teacher's ethics for students majoring in Physical Education.The main conclusions of the study are:(1)The Physical Education of Wuhan Sports University should continue to maintain and develop its own school-based nature,teacher representation,guidance,human-based characteristics.(2)In terms of curriculum construction,Wuhan Institute of Physical Education Students have clear requirements for moral education in their training goals,and there are courses in curriculum setting that involve teachers' moral content,however,there are some problems in practice teaching,such as the lack of connection between theory and practice,and the imperfect curriculum system.It can be improved by systematically setting up courses related to teachers' ethics,perfecting practical teaching links,adding courses related to Classics Study of National Studies and educational laws and regulations,and strengthening the cultivation of teachers' ethics in practical teaching links,to achieve the unity of knowledge,will and practice in the process of teacher's ethics cultivation.(3)Wuhan Institute of Physical Education Students have a strong sense of professional identity for the profession of Physical Education Teachers,can clearly identify the bad performance of teachers' ethics,and have a certain degree of attention to the cultivation of teachers' ethics,however,the study of the laws and regulations related to teachers' ethics is not enough,and in the evaluation of teachers' ethics,there is a problem that comprehensive evaluation ignores personal morality and focuses on the results of professional and cultural courses,it leads to the lack of a clear examination mechanism and evaluation criteria for the evaluation system of teachers' ethics.Therefore,in the aspect of Teacher's ethics evaluation,we should take the students of physical education as the evaluation subject,standardize the evaluation content,combine the two methods of written evaluation and practice evaluation,and establish a sound evaluation mechanism of teacher's ethics.(4)In the aspect of teaching practice,firstly,the cultivation of the teachers' morality of the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education is mainly based on the persuasion education method and the model law of example,which neglects the principal role of the students,resulting in the weak actual effect of the cultivation of the teachers' morality,second,the disconnection between classroom teaching and daily life leads to the incompletion of the process of students teacher's ethics,which can be cultivated and brought into life through the cultivation of Teacher's ethics,implement the internalization process to improve.
