In order to research this 36 female KM mice were divided into three groups, and 6 weeks aerobic training were taken on each group at the age from 3 week,6week,12week . Comprehend the age characteristics of the myocardial metabolism enzyme during the mice growth and development. Observe the effection of endurance training to myocardial metabolism enzyme at different age group. Research the suitable age, that endurance training would give the best stimulation to myocardial metabolism enzyme. Provide theory and reference to the earlier period and specialized aerobic training.The aerobic training was taken at a intensity of 2% body weight swimming .After 6 weeks ,one day rest, then narcosis to death with 4% sedative pentobarbital sodium, and take cardiac muscle,used to make frozen section and paraffin section (cross section). Succinate Dehydrogenase (SDH), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), ATPase was measured by enzymatic tissues chemical method, and glycogen was showed by PAS reaction. OLYMPUS light microscope was used to observe,imagepro6.0 was used to image analysis,and used SPSS11.5 to dispose statistics.Results and conclusions:1. Compared with the control group, the activity of SDH,LDH,ATPase and glycogen of group 3W cardiac muscle was improved (P<0.01 ). Compared with group 6W ,the change of SDH,LDH is simple(P<0.01 ); and the change of ATPase and glycogen is large(group3W P<0.01, group 6W P<0.05); Compared with group 12W , the change of SDH,LDH,ATPase and glycogen is large(group3W P<0.01, group 12W P<0.05),indicate the training at age 3W is better than age 6W and 12W for SDH,LDH.2. After 6 weeks endurance training , the activity of SDH,LDH,ATPase and glycogen of group 6W cardiac muscle was improved (SDH,LDH,ATPase P<0.01, glycogen P<0.05). Compared with group 3W ,the change of SDH,LDH is simple(P<0.01 ); and the change of ATPase and glycogen is large(group3W P<0.01, group 6W P<0.05); Compared with group 12W , the change of SDH,LDH is large(group6W P<0.01, group 12W P<0.05), the change of ATPase and glycogen is simple(P<0.05).3. After 6 weeks endurance training , the activity of SDH,LDH,ATPase and glycogen of group 12W cardiac muscle was improved (P<0.05). Compared with group 3W ,the change of SDH,LDH,ATPase and glycogen is large(group3W P<0.01, group 12W P<0.05); Compared with group 6W , the change of SDH,LDH is large(group6W P<0.01, group 12W P<0.05), the change of ATPase and glycogen is simple(P<0.05).4. After 6 weeks endurance training, each index of myocardial metabolic enzyme changed obviously, especially in age group 3W, indicate that the best time to improve aerobic capacity is at the early period.
