The results of the study:2 weeks smoke canister, 4 weeks aerobic exercise after smoking, smoking group(movement), using the mathematical statistics compared between groups, the results showed that:(1) Passive smoking 2 weeks later, the mouse hair yellow, upside down, slow, immobile, spirit is tired and lazy.Smoking group(S) weight of mice significantly lower in the quiet group(P < 0.05).Show that passive smoking can affect the body metabolism, make the body weight growth is slow.Aerobic exercise after 6 weeks, quiet group(C) weight compared with smoking group(S), no significant difference(P > 0.05).But movement smoking group(SE) and exercise groups(E) have been losing weight, SE exists significant difference(P 0.05) or less;Smoking group(S), the weight had no significant difference(P > 0.05).(2) After the passive smoking of aerobics exercise load index changes.Compared with group C, group E lower serum BUN content, higher SE group, there are significant differences(P < 0.05);Compared with group C, the rest of the group of liver CK activity increased slightly, but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).(3) Passive smoking for glycolysis metabolic enzyme changes after aerobic exercise.Compared with group C, group E liver PK active enzyme increased slightly, but no statistically significant differences between groups.Compared with group C, group E liver LDH activity enzyme slightly lower, SE group was higher, but no statistically significant differences between groups.(4) Passive smoking and aerobic metabolism enzyme changes after aerobic exercise.SDH content compared with group C, group a slight growth, there was no significant difference;MDH levels compared with group C, group E rise, very significant differences(P < 0.001), SE compared with group C, the significant difference(P < 0.05).(5) The passive smoking and the changes of atpase after aerobic exercise.Compared with group C, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium- atpase slightly increases, the potassium sodium- atpase, group E significant differences compared with group C(P < 0.05).Compared with group C, the rest of the group was no significant difference(P > 0.05). Conclusion:(1) Smoke exposure can reduce weight gain in mice.(2) 4 weeks aerobic activity of metabolic enzymes of glycolysis system had no significant influence.(3) 4 weeks aerobic exercise, the body more resilient aerobic, however, sports group, the amplitude of MDH increased smoking results showed that the sports can improve aerobic metabolism enzyme activity, short-term smoke exposure inhibiting liver aerobic metabolism enzyme activity.However, 4 weeks aerobic exercise on the glycolysis system no significant metabolic enzyme activity.(4) The aerobics potassium sodium- atpase activity increases, passive smoking inhibit ATP enzyme activity.
