Disscussion On Tradition Sports Of Wuhan Sports Institute "Complex Specialty" Model Of Special Technique

Along with the unceasing expansion of student recruiment in specialty of tradition sports among various national sports institutes and normal universities with sports department, more and more students will attend the sports study at tradition sports department of universities. Then, of course, there will be large quantity of talents who have finished the four-year special technique study in universities to serve the society. In a certain extent, quality of trained talents and student employment rate of the universities will certainly affect the recruitment of such specialty and developing tendency in next years. Meanwhile, quality of trained talents and student employment rate in specialty of tradition sports are closely tied with such factors including training object, subject module of the specialty and so on. Therefore, it is essential to analyze the training object and subject module of the specialty, work out new mode to satisfy the demand of developing society, so as to provide theory basis for better development of tradition sports.Mainly using such research methods including literature data method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method and logical analysis method and so on, this paper made expernal research and analysis with training object in the teaching plan and specialty subject module in teaching introduction of specialty of tradition sports at Wuhan Sports Institution. With this foundation, the teaching model with technique subject module in satisfactory with the training object in senior talent in specialty of tradition sports of this institute can be called simplex"special talent"model. In sum of merits and demerits of simplex"special talent"model, it is to make thorough analysis and discussion on"complex specialty"model in tradition sports of this institute.On the basis of training senior special talents, this paper aims to perfect the original training object and provide the object of training complex talents, in order to reach the agreement among education works in the specialty of tradition sports. It is to perfect the original technique subject module, analyze satisfactory technique subject module under the new training object and discuss the foundation and measure for"complex specialty"model of tradition sports.
