Study On Training Present Situation Analysis And Strategy Of Students With Sports Specialty In Junior High School In Shouguang

The students with sports talent in junior high school are somebody who have specialty in sports, they need to complete physical and cultural tests. Most of them will get the entrance of higher school through the sports talents. Small groups of them is very unique in the school, are often forgotten, and because of the smaller their lack of attention, lack of scientific management and education.With the reform of the New Standard of Courses and sports college entrance examination system, the cultivation of the students with sports talent in junior high school has became more specialized and competitive. Because the country does not have a complete set of training system for college entrance examination sports, different schools and different teachers always train the students based on past experience and their own situation, and the training was blind and repeated because they have barely communications and resources to be shared with each other. If we want to improve the physical quality and sports level of the students with the sports talent in short times, and let their moral Level and psychological quality was improved meanwhile, we need to train the students effectively with different methods and from different positioning. The article started from the present situation of the students with sports talent in junior high school in shouguang, mainly using the literature data method, the questionnaire survey method, the interview method and so on research method, study on the sports specialty students through the enrollment, training mode and future direction of Sports Specialty Students, find out the problems in the process of cultivating students, explore its causes and training methods,put forward suggestions to solve related problems.Study ressult:It did not show the slogan of ‘combination ofsports and education’ Future of pupils with sports talent from junior middle school that is in traditional sports project is not optimistic, which influences the process of school sports development. At the same time, under the influence of the existing educat ion system, there are many barriers confronting the further development of pupils with sports talent. Therefore, enacting proper policy, improving education system of pupils with sports talent in junior middle school, increasing funding for school sports fields a nd equipment, improve sports teachers’ professional awareness; making full use of school resources to ensure that pupils with sports talent could receive education of culture,paying full attention to ‘combination of sports and education’ and so on. There are ma ny measures taken to ensure the future of pupils with sports talent. Offering a stage for pupils with sports talent to show their gifts, this will provide some experience and effec tive theory basis for education of pupils with sports talent in the junior middle school.
