This paper utilized 3D motion analytic system of Ariel to kinescope and analyze the act technique of weight throw about the famous player WangZhen in our country, and then made a quantitative analysis on several main techno-joints and searched the problem of WangZhen throwing by contrasting the act techno-parameters of lettermen in China and other country, and further seeked the causation on the motion-achievement's differences of weight throw between Chinese and world's player by contrasting the body-diathesis of lettermen. Evaluating model of letterman's body-diathesis was established, which would afford a credible ensure for mastering the developing status of letterman's body-diathesis and definitude the body-diathesis's degree in sports training and controlling the optimization of training process of weight throw and realization the scientific-degree in the training of weight throw.Research content includes three aspects:(1) Calculate the fly-distances of weight throw at the various shot-velocities, shot-angles and shot-heights by using the method of math;(2) Make a quantitative analysis on the differences of kinematical parameters of throwing technique between WangZhen and lettermen in China and other country;(3) Analyze contrastively the differences of letterman's body-diathesis and establish the effective training-evaluating system.Research draws the main conclusions as:(1) Calculate and analyze contrastively the influences on fly-distance of weight throw of the various shot-velocities, shot-angles and shot-heights. In which, shot-velocity is a key-aspect in three aspects of influencing the motion-achievement, and also obtain that the optimal shot-angle is 44 degree or so by calculating in calculus than 41 degree in real game.(2) Integrated throwing-technique includes four aspects as preliminary-swing, revolving, final- forcing and shot. Preliminary-swing is to lift the basic velocity of the ball and confirm the rhythm of throwing. Revolving is the core of throwing-technique, it is a main approach of acquiring shot-velocity of weight throw. Final- forcing is to accelerate the ball by athlete's double-leg-tramples; double-sustain of revolving is a main approach of accelerating the ball by two sorts of forces which are the ball's gravity and right-leg-trample; modern technical characters of weight throw are that athlete's body should keep perpendicularity to ensure bigger revolving semi-diameter, and left-leg flections degree should become bigger to drop athlete's body lower.(3) Analyze contrastively the differences of the kinematical parameters between WangZhen, lettermen in China and other country. Results show that act techno- parameters of WangZhen have some big differences on time-parameters, final shot-parameters, increment-parameters of revolving-velocity, accelerated approach of the ball, motion-bevel of the ball and body's motion-parameters at each act-phase. This section is the key of this paper. (4) Analyze contrastively 13 indexes on body-condition, body-diathesis and event-motion ability between WangZhen, lettermen in China and other country. Results show that strength-training should become an emphasis in WangZhen's training.(5) Evaluating model of letterman's body-diathesis was established, which would afford a direction for the coach forecasting and mastering the developing velocity and extent of player's achievement and estimating the status and leak of body-diathesis and examining the effects of training..
