My paper is that thirty-tree essential health men were studied through twelve -week aerobic exercise (walking) with different intensity (4 times/week, 30 min/ time). They were divided into three different intensity groups, according to the percentage of FC, i.e. the slight intensity group: 30~45%FC, the medium intensity group: 46~60%FC, the strong intensity one: 61~75%FC. The athletic intensity is controlled by heart rate, walking speed and RPE. Some physiological and biochemical parameters were measured before and after experiment, which included body-weight, fattiness-weight, the percentage of body-fattiness, body quality index , the power of gripping, forward- bend with sitting -pose, standing on- one- leg with closed-eyes, and the time of choice-reflection. According to analysis of data statistic, we can provide a scientific guide for the middle-aged men's aerobic exercise with different intensity. Results:1. Aerobic exercise (walking) with medium and slight intensity can obviously debase 56-60 aged-men's fattiness-weight and percentage of body-fattiness, yet the effect of medium intensity aerobic exercise is obvious and better than one of slight intensity.2. All those different intensity of aerobic exercise can improve the strength of the forearm and hand's muscle, the effect of strong intensity aerobic exercise is the best, the effect of medium intensity is better, the effect of slight intensity is good.3. Medium intensity and strong intensity aerobic exercise can obviously improve flexibility and agility of 56~60 aged men's coax-arthrosis and the economy balance ability, yet the effects of medium intensity are better than one of strong intensity.4. Medium intensity and strong intensity aerobic exercise can obviously improve correspondence of 56~60 aged men's nerve and muscle system and the ability of quick-reaction, yet the effects of strong intensity are better than one of the medium intensity aerobic exercise.
