The edging of the impoverished mountainous area in region and the moral education in education causes the questions of moral education which exists in the middle and elementary schools is prominent. The paper analyzes the main questions of moral education in the most real impoverished mountainous area and attempts to propose countermeasures and theories to these main questions for moral education workers in the impoverished mountainous area.The paper uses "process-case analyze" method in the sociology, namely describing and explaining kinds of questions of moral education in the impoverished mountainous area through the dissection of cases and promulgating roots of these questions. The paper analyzes five kinds of individual cases and draws the morality of teacher from "the student are afraid to go to school", the method of moral education from "the student breaks his promise", students own question from "the teacher stays in the hospital", the influence of society from "the student's arbitrary", the dislocation of parents from "the student feels inferior ".The paper demonstrates that the production and existence of the moral education question of the middle and elementary schools in the impoverished mountainous area is partly of the moral education's own question and the solution to the question depends on the effort of the whole society. Yet the moral education in school would undertake an important responsibility. The paper proposes the direction of moral education of the middle and elementary schools in the impoverished mountainous area, including that "the unification between keeping mountainous characters and adapting to the city life, the unification between facing up the impoverished reality and the development of becoming rich, the unification between the emphasis of national characters and developing Chinese traditional culture". The paper also investigates how to carry out the moral education of life in the impoverished mountainous area and develops the theory of life. Finally, the paper explores the moral education pattern "the introspection operation based on the school" and provides feasible moral education countermeasures for the middle and elementary schools in the impoverished mountainous area.
