Music education has been one of the most important constituent parts of nine-year compulsory education that runs through primary and secondary education systems.In the wake of the rapid development of modernization of China,education reform is also deepened unceasingly.Music education has made some progress in the impoverished mountainous area during this process,however,comparing to advanced and formal music education,biggish differences still occur.Behindhand of misc education in the impoverished mountainous area is caused by restrictions of educational concept,educational condition,economic condition,etc.How to change the existing educational concept,complete educational condition integrates social resources and support strong equipment for music education by low cost and high effectiveness,teaching assistance group of graduates in the voluntary musical-education rise in response to the proper time and conditions.The writer,as a student majoring in Subject Teaching(Music),joint the regiment central university student's western region volunteer,teaching assistance group of graduate No.19,and leave for volunteering in Western China Hubei Province Shien city Laifeng district G secondary school as a member of teaching assistance group of graduate in Z university during the period between August 2017 and August 2018.Hold a post of music teacher in school during the voluntary teaching period.Combined the physical truth of the school we serviced,carried out the Children's Art Education for Impoverished Mountainous Area the “Blue Plan”,meanwhile,we corporate actively with students studying Conservatory of Music and Music major in League Committee Art Ensemble in Z University to carry out the music voluntary activity.The article chose music voluntary lives of students of Z university in G secondary school mountain Xi district Hubei province based on existing research achievements.The research achievement can promote the music education in the school genuinely as well as provide theoretical guide for music voluntary activity for other universities.The research adopted many methods including practice method,questionnaire method,comparative analysis approach and interviewing method.Firstly,according to personal experience and observation,the author feels deeply about the lack of music education in school they serviced,the study of art education for students there are comparative disadvantage.And then by combining their learning,useful exploration was processed during practical teaching with the team.In the meantime,by using methods like the questionnaire method and interviewing method,the opinions toward voluntary class from students and leaders of the school author serviced were known,and the influence of music voluntary work for volunteers themselves.At last,the author has reflected and concluded the three-year voluntary work and gave improvement strategies for problems during music voluntary work precisely.The full text has been separated into five parts.Introduction part aims to introduce the research background,research summary,theoretical basis,and research design;the first chapter summaries the music voluntary teaching of G secondary school and the characteristics of music voluntary teaching activities,also talks about the problems in G secondary school's music class that were observed personally.The second chapter illustrates the personal practice and observation for course type,course content,psychological guidance for students,teaching method,etc.The third chapter analysis the positive effect of music voluntary teaching by questionnaire survey result from students and interview result of school leader from the school they serviced.The fourth chapter illustrates the problems in music teaching caused by lack of teaching ability and classroom manageability,and lack of long-term mechanism of activity,ignorance of local music culture for teaching content which were observed by the author from interview and observation.And gave relevant improvement strategies in three areas: complete pre-employment training,excavate local music elements and how universities should enlarge their thoughts of voluntary teaching.
