The Chinese Basketball Association seized the cooperation opportunities with the International Management Group. In October 1995, taking the National Basketball league game system reforms as a breakthrough towards the direction of industrialization and employment, China opened a competitive basketball career reform of the regiment. After 10 years of development, Professional Basketball Club, as the basic organization form of professional basketball has entered a new stage of development. This is the league's 12th season of men's professional basketball of China . Although the Professional Basketball Club has taken a series of reform measures and made some achievements, it is still not profitable. However, Guangdong Hongyuan basketball club has become the first CBA profits of the clubs(2002-2003 season began one million profit) after many years of hard work,and it has laid a great Hongyuan Dynasty by three consecutive championships . It is also China's first sports club which publicly claimed the profits .Hongyuan basketball club's achieving such great success proves the far -reaching vision of decision-makers.They take the opportunities of the reform of Chinese competitive basketball .On the other hand, it also reflects that Hongyuan is unique at the club building, management, operations and so on.This paper adopted many research methods such as , questionnaires, interviews with experts, literature, mathematics and statistics and comparison , combining sports psychology, athletic training, sports sociology, sports economics theories and knowledge of basketball .It had a comparison and analysis about Guangdong Hongyuan club's organizational structure, internal management of the basketball market development and operation of the reserve forces training area .The results show :1. Guangdong Hongyuan basketball club was craeted by Hongyuan Group which had its independent legal personality of the operating entity. The rights of club ownership, operation, management belonged to enterprises. The group is operated in accordance with the modern enterprise management and resolved the conflicts among responsibility, authority and profit successfully,it is the first club which has real taste of professional basketball club2. Domestically, Hongyuan basketball club first established a new system which met the vocational development of basketball. Club institution was perfect with scientific management.It is an institution which has a self-financing and their own decisions,it operated basketball clubs according to Sports occupational requirements. The management of the basketball organization and management methods to market-regulated gave full play to the market mechanism.3.Hongyuan basketball club takes the general audiences as a center,the audience's needs as the starting point.It tries to develop the added-value of basketball products for competition, and sticks to the road of industrialization, combing basketball competition and economic integration to develop the market and enhance their own internal functions.4. In training athletic reserve talents, Guangdong Hongyuan Basketball Club has become the forerunner of other clubs , one of the first to explore a training system suitable for our CBA's training talents ,mainly aiming at the team for the second line and the third line .
