Through review and analysis of the relationship between teacher and curriculum in history, this paper tries to start with teacher and curriculum as well as the relationship between them, expounds that teacher himself is a organic part and creator of the curriculum, puts forward a viewpoint of the integration of teacher and curriculum: teacher is curriculum. And then discuss the possible value and condition of "teacher is curriculum".The dissertation consists of four chapters:Chapter I, the historical review of the relationship between teachers and curriculum. By using documental summary, we clarify and summarize the relationship between teacher and curriculum after 1970s'. Select the curricular theory of John Dewey, Schwab, Lawrence Stenhouse , Pinar and Sato Manabu, it focuses on review of the relationship between teacher and curriculum which their theories discussed.Chapter II, the analysis of the relationship between teacher and curriculum. Based on the analysis and animadversion of the dualistic differentiation of the relationship between teacher and curriculum in modern society, it puts forward a viewpoint of the integration of teacher and curriculum: teacher is curriculum, analyzes the meaning of "teacher is curriculum"both from static and dynamic views.Chapter III, the value of "teacher is curriculum". Discuss the value of the viewpoint of "teacher is curriculum"in the educational park. As the organic part and former of curriculum,teachers have good effect on the development of students, the development of teachers themselves and the process of education.Chapter IIII, the condition of "teacher is curriculum". Through the view of inside and outside, discuss the condition of the teacher's curriculum created and formed by teacher. The foundation of condition include "the construction of teacher"and "the foundation of external environment".
