The Research About Integration Of Teacher Education Curriculum In Teachers Colleges

The integration of teacher education curriculum in teachers colleges is the requirement of teachers'professional development, is the needs of cultvating normal students'capacity of educational practice. Considering isolated issues in teacher education curriculum in teachers colleges,this paper carry out initial exploration in the integration of teacher education curriculum in teachers colleges.The integration of teacher education curriculum in teachers colleges can achieve the rationalization of the teacher education curriculum structure, can strengthen the links between curriculum, can be helpful to cultivating normal students' capacity of educational practice effectively.This paper is mainly divided into following seval sections:The introductory section of the paper concerns about the reason for the research, literature review,the ideas,contents, method of the research.The first section of the paper introduces the meaning and feature of the integration of teacher education curriculum in teachers colleges.The integration of teacher education curriculum in teachers colleges is based on normal student' capacity of educational practice for the organization center,and integrate the content of original subject curriculum with the internal logic or value relevance in teacher education curriculum,and then cultivate normal student' capacity of educational practice effectively.It has the features of thematic treatment, situated nature, practicality, collaborative nature.The second section of the paper concerns about heoretical basis and, practice reference.This research bases on the teacher professional development theory and curriculum integration theory, and bases on our actual state of teacher education courses,then draws on the experience from foreign teacher education curriculum integration, at last proposes teacher education curriculum integration ideas.The third section of the paper mainly introduces theoretical concept.The integration of teacher education curriculum in teachers colleges aims at cultivating normal student' practical ability, Ultimately forms theme-based curriculum modules, situated-based curriculum modules and practice-based curriculum modules by integrating related content in knowledge,curriculum and experience,theory and practice.The integration of teacher education curriculum in teachers colleges mainly through the following three ways, first, integrate the curriculum based on the teacher education curriculum standards;second, establish the links between the various disciplines based on the theory of curriculum integration; third, design integrated curriculum aiming at cultvating normal students'practical ability of education and teaching.The fourth section of the paper delineate the case of the integration of teacher education curriculum in teachers colleges.Basing on the theoretical concept of integration of teacher education curriculum put forward the specific case of curriculum integration with the theme of teaching design, then analysize this case with curriculum integration theory and teacher professional develepment theory to strengthen the practicality of concept.The last section of the paper proposes the suggestion of the integration of teacher education curriculum in teachers colleges.In order to achieve the integration of teacher education curriculum in teachers colleges we propose the following recommendations:developing pedagogical content knowledge to establish links between subjects; implementing simulated teaching training to build platform of capacity training; building collaboration of universities and schools to develop integrated model of teaching practice; establishing of curriculum integration resource center and providing system of curriculum integration.
