As the key resource of a team, human being contributes to the successes of team; therefore, the management of an organization should be established to encourage people's enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity through multiple activities. With the development of the society, employees' physical education plays an essential role in organization's culture as one of the positive aspects, which embodies three obvious feathers, such as exercising with entertainment, extensive with all members, and amateur in voluntary. Employees' physical education is not only the part of spirit culture, but also the core component of material culture, for the high quality of workers leads to more productivity and less hospital payment, which can get along well with people in coherence.The paper is to survey on employees' physical education in chongqing organizations. According to the data collecting by 300 questionnaires, it aims to analyze the condition and problems by statistics and sociology. The results are as following:1. The spare time of employees in corporation is more relaxed than enterprise; by contrast, the physical education activities in enterprise are better than corporation.2. The organization prefers the less-professional items which require lower-quality environment and payment; moreover, obvious gender difference is existed between male and female employees. Although there is no firm habit for exercising, employees still have potential capability to be more involved in.3. There is rigid limitation on time and place arrangement. Because of fixed working time, most of the employees have no enough time to do exercises that is suggested by friends and TV, papers.4. Without the advanced consumption idea, many employees don't think health deserves payment. Only 5% of the available sum is used for exercise by 80% employees in the year of 2005.5. In general, people don't recognize that physical education can adjust emotion, establish communication, and set up harmonious family; therefore, there is no enough optimistic passion for people to participate in the exercise.6. The leaders don't pay enough attention to the development of employees' physical education, which cause bad environment, poor equipment and insufficient fees for physical education; even for the proper regulation and law guarantee.
