People all treat pursuing of happiness as one of the most precious living targets in all cultures. Multiple Well-Being is an important factor that constitutes sound personality. It is a subjective mental state experience under the function of the mental factors and the exterior factor (Miao Xuanjiang, 2003). The personality is inner inclination of individual behavior. It performances integration in ability, motion, demand, motive, interest, attitude, value, qualities, physical endowment and etc (Huang Xiting, 2004) . The sound personality is the inevitable main factor that influences the individual life and the business development (He Qizong, 2004) .The investigation indicates: with the economic development of our country, the citizen's happiness index is descending, and the citizens are confronted with a lot of personality predicaments (SuXin, 2006; Yang Yumou, 2006; Yu Nanping, 2006). Then, How to raise the citizen's happiness index and get away from personality predicaments? The research of the our famous country psychologist,Prof Huang Xiting,indicates: Only strengthening the ego accomplishment, especially accomplishment of the ego, independence, self- confidence, self-respect and self-renewal, the citizen will make oneself become a happiness of enterprising in the study, life, and practice aspect (Huang Xiting, 2006). The research of American psychologist, Compbell, froml957 to 1978 years discovers: The education is very important to the citizens' Well-Being (Tao Guofu, 2005). The education is not only "accelerator" of knowledge, but also "accelerator" of personality and Well-Being. The school education can make the student's mind and body healthy growth, self-confidence, happy life (Liang Chongbo, 2006). The ideal of education is to make all students become happy persons. The Well-Being is a subjective feeling when human's nature is in fixed time (Liu Cilin, 2005).Xylem thinks that the core of Aesthetic Education is to develop perfect human nature (Xylem, 1983). Therefore, the school education, especially Aesthetic Education, has an important function on the exaltation of the multiple Well-Being' level and the development of the sound personality.The Aesthetic Education is a huge and complicated education system. It includes aesthetic cognition, aesthetic experience, esthetic values and etc. These aspects have different influence on the exaltation of the multiple Well-Beings' level and the development of the sound personality. How does the Aesthetic Education develop these main factors to exalt the multiple Well-Being' level and to develop the sound personality? This problem hasn't yet been valued and solved currently. From the process of aesthetic mental states, aesthetic cognition is the core of individual aesthetic mental structures. It is an internal and mental activity that acquires and processes aesthetic information. Aesthetic experience is a kind of emotion experience that various aesthetic mental factors interact with one another, founded on aesthetic cognition. Aesthetic experience is the most active factor in aesthetic mental structure. It seeps into other mental factors broadly. It has whole aesthetic process filled with an emotion color. Aesthetic value is developed with the function of aesthetic cognition and aesthetic experience. Therefore aesthetic cognition and aesthetic experience are two cores in aesthetic mental characters. How does aesthetic education exalt the citizens' aesthetic cognition ability and aesthetic experience level, then raise multiple Well-Being level, and develop sound personality? It is the important topic that we deserve studying.In the higher education, the university student is the special community of the youth. Their thought idea represents the youth main current and direction. They have higher intelligent level, stronger thinking ability, more abundant emotion, more delicate mental experience. Their living value and global view tend to the maturity. However, because of the influence of the various factors: the study pressure, social interaction, the life target and etc, they usually appear greater motion. By investigating the relating factors that influence the university students' multiple Well-Being level and personality, putting forward the scientific education counterplan, making university student develop the right happy view, raising happy level, developing sound personality are important measures that carry out education for all-round development and science education development view. These relate to social civilization, future of nation and the establishment of the harmonious society.In this study, gives verification of the hypothesis through the experimental study that aesthetic cognitive and aesthetic experience affect to the sense of happiness of college students. Experimental group based on the second semester students of 2005 demanded the "Aesthetic Education" course in the Southwest Normal University; and the control group based on the first semester students of 2006 demanded the "Aesthetic Education" course. Created the "Aesthetic Education" course taught by Southwestern University researcher Ming-Ming Zhou which Professor Zhao Ling editor of the textbook to the experimental group for a semester, the weekly three periods. Teaching was processed surrounded the "four stages of the two series" content (that is the four phases and the first class, second class of two series, to appreciate beauty, aesthetic psychology training, the self-fashioning of beauty and the skills of beauty). Experience uses the structure teaching principles of View based on aesthetic cognitive and aesthetic viewpoint as the point, line, surface, body (Zhao Ling. 2002,). After the end of the second semester in 2005, carried on the questionnaire test that the "the ability of aesthetic test" and "comprehensive sense of happiness," to the experimental group and the stipulated test period of time to recover questionnaire. Before the start of the first semester in 2006, carried on carried on the questionnaire test that the "the ability of aesthetic test" and "comprehensive sense of happiness," to the control group and the stipulated test period of time to recover questionnaire. The data collected was processed by the difference test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis.The results show that: (1) Students' aesthetic cognition, aesthetic experience and sense of happiness have no significant difference in the year, professional, male and female. But female students' aesthetic memory of aesthetic cognitive was significantly higher than the male. However, there was no significant difference between male and female in other aspects. (2) In aesthetic cognitive and aesthetic experience, the experimental group was significantly higher than that the control group. Health concerns in the comprehensive sense of happiness, the experimental and control groups had no significant differences, but in other aspects of overall well-being, the experimental group was significantly higher than that the control group. (3)Significant correlation exists between students' aesthetic cognition, aesthetic experience and its comprehensive sense of happiness. (4) Students' comprehensive sense of happiness level can be predicted by the ability of aesthetic cognitive and aesthetic experience level. (5) Teaching "Aesthetic Education" can cultivate the students' ability of aesthetic cognitive and aesthetic experience level, and then enhance their comprehensive sense of happiness level consequentlyValue and innovation of this research: (1) on theory as constructing and consummating theoretic and practical system of esthetic psychology, esthetic education psychology, esthetic education study, happiness study and human dignity psychology, etc. (2) On practice as breaking through the traditional idea that esthetic education is only art education, which could not only stimulate the raising of collegial esthetic psychology quality, and also could help undergraduates make plan for their life as art rules, and build up correct view of esthetic value, happiness, philosophy, and world outlook. (3) To concrete and may operate teaching schema and plan for enhancing collegial esthetic learning and tasty level, and to enhance synthesize happiness level and nurture healthy character. (4) The enhancement of collegial esthetic ability and synthesize happiness, nurturance of healthy character are well to construct harmonious society, and also a very important symbol of society advancement.
