Sana, expert of curriculum in American , to think, the curriculum is the design diagram of a building paper, the teacher is a concrete construction; The curriculum is a project of ball game and the teacher is the player whom the ball game can carry on; The curriculum is a musical score and the teacher is the performer of work. In fact, the teacher play a leading role in curriculum reform , series of problem and obstacle face by them will influence course reform of overall situation, therefore, the teacher is main force in curriculum reform. Without exception, curriculum in kindergarten is so. during curriculum reform in kindergarten ,if kin-teacher don't, just think, approve and accept mentally, if kid teacher don't initiatively match with each other and actively participate, if no the change motive of the internality to kid-teacher, no true learned to kid-teacher, how would curriculum in kindergarten be? Ever since new《outline》of promulgation, in our country , curriculum reform in kindergarten got into a brand-new of stage, the curriculum reform put forward an unprecedented request and challenge to the teacher, the new principle not only request a teacher to become investigate or curriculum, supporter of developer, also request a teacher a change thought, continuously "refresh", cany out a role conversion. The aim in the research is that understand true attitude of kid-teacher during curriculum reform, and find influence factor from curriculum ,teacher and the exterior, and put forward a suggestion to strengthen curriculum receptivity in teachers.This research thinks : from the macro view, the kid-teacher approbation feeling is and higher widely to curriculum reform in kindergarten, however, from the tiny view, kid-teacher curriculum approbation feeling of reform only is a negative approbation, namely a compelled approbation. Concrete performance: Attitude-approbation, but cold; Behavior intention-do the routine thing without thinking; cost efficiency-Enough to spare of heart but dint shortage; Function-the conflict of ideal and reality; Support inside kindergarten -the hardware be full, software shortage; supports outside -the isolation aided, to find out road.To analysis this kind approbation actuality, from the curriculum oneself, mainly exist curriculum from foreign; current curriculum theory heavy theories lightly practice; kindergarten curriculum research and teacher's professional growth study two skin; guide to kid-teacher's theories practice not enough etc. from teacher, the course realize weak even the imperfection; teaching research's ability be worse; the psychological stress of knowledge imperfection; conflict of habit and creative; not reasonable age structure. from exterior support, the education principle of parent and curriculum reform conflict; lack cooperation and support from college of kindergarten education of normal university; lack research atmosphere in kindergarten etc. To change present actuality, the writer think: Should do one's best to obtain support of society, parent, thoroughly change the teacher's course consciousness, strengthen teacher education, ease the teacher's worry anxiously at mental to approve the teacher's education behavior.
