Teachers'receptivity is the most important factor in carrying on the new curriculum reform. New-teacher age is the critical period as they are in a position between normal student and competency-based teacher, they have the qualities of the both two identities. Search in their receptivity with new curriculum reform could get to know well about the present state of it, make sure whether they have the qualities to handle these tasks, and also could supply the theoretical materials to the training for new teachers.According to the analysis of teachers work, new curriculum reform request the teacher to have more abilities in teaching. The analysis was worked out by questionnaire, which researched in their attitude, their behavior, the practicability of new curriculum and support system, to get clear of their receptivity. Also comparing with the requirement to teachers to analyze the effects that the new teacher training could bring to their receptivity. From the two period of training, discussion of how to promote the receptivity and abilities have been made. Throughout the research, it shows the conclusions below:1. Generally speaking, the new teachers of senior high school receptivity commonly.2. It is contradictory between teachers'low mood and practicability of new curriculum.3. The qualities of senior high school teachers still need to improve.The improvement of teachers'qualities and receptivity have to be achieved by corresponding training methods. According to the particularity of the stage that the teachers in, promotion of receptivity and perfection of teaching abilities should be taken from the pre-service education and newly-employed teacher training.1. pre-service education: using training classes, emulation and practical training to promote the teachers'qualities and receptivity.2. newly-employed teacher training: using mass learning, Tutorial system and self-training to promote the teachers'qualities and receptivity.
