As we all know , the 21st century is a time of competition , the competition for creavitity. It's pointed out in The Decision made by The CPC Central Committee and State Council about The Promotion of Education Reform and the Development of Quality Education that with the development of modern technology , people pay more attention to knowledge economy and the competiton for national power is fierce . Education is the base of national power in a country , which depends greatly on the the quality of labor and personnel . Therefore , it makes urgent requirements fo the new 21st generation . It's required in the modern world that people should lay more emphasis on the developments of creative thinking and practical ability in quality education .Creative learning is a way to promote a person's abilities of discovering problems , aborbing information and putting forward new ideas. Creative learning is a way to raise problems systematically , judge and solve them efficiently . Creative learning is a way to develop thinking in an integrated way not spilt one.Creative learning is a completely new concept , which caters to the requirements for personnel and quality education.Based on the theories of philosophy , psychology , education and brain structure , I inlustrate the necessity of creative learning in junior high biology teaching . Besides , after analysing the characteristics of creative learning , I draw a conclusion of three models in creative learning , that is , creative learning , inquiring learning and research learning and at the same time I do a lot of experiments in teaching .
