Innovation is the soul of a nation or country. As the rapid development of science and technology, innovative consciousness and innovative capacity are increasingly becoming the most important determinant for a country's international competitiveness and international status , the future society will also be the era of high-quality creative talent competition. So, to cultivate students' innovation consciousness, innovation ability and creative spirit has become an important responsibility of the 21st century.The innovation ability is from the cultivation of creative thinking and training. Innovative thinking has some characteristics such as independence, seeking differences, flexibility.School art education is one of the most advantage disciplines to cultivate students' creative thinking. Art course teaching have its own unique way to cultivate students'aesthetic experience, expand the artistic innovation consciousness and development of creative thinking, it can't be replaced by other disciplines.Graphical creative is a foundation course of professional design, aiming at setting a good foundation for the modern professional design, but its core role is to make the students break through the habit of thinking, observe, study, understand, as well as express things from a new Angle, thereby to develop and expand students'creative thinking.Unique thinking-training ways of graphical creative get many reflects in arts course in high school. This reflects the goals of general arts course which emphasizes "to cultivate students' practical ability and creative spirit through analysis and solving specific problems".Middle school is a important and effective period to cultivate students' creative thinking ability. The middle-school is the most sensitive and active period for intelligence development and also it is the best period for the development of creative thinking. "Graphically creative" teaching in the middle school can consciously excavate students' creative potentials, inspire them to extend imagination, and encourage them to dare enough to ask, which ensures them to obtain full development in creative thinking and design potentials.Combined with middle school students'psychological and physiological development characteristics, explore graphic creative teaching in middle school, try to use the addition and subtraction, association and replacement method to develop students' thinking, in order to stimulate interest, inspire imagination and encourage to seek difference, exercise students'inspiration thinking, divergent thinking and reverse thinking, so that students' creative thinking is shaped and enable them to be useful personnel with innovative consciousness and spirit.This paper mainly includes three parts: 1. the understanding of creative thinking; 2. creative thinking can be cultivated through art education; 3. an example of creative graphically-designed courses for secondary school students to develop creative thinking. The paper seeks to analyze the relationships among creative thought, art education and graphical creative teaching, as well as to introduce how graphical creative methods cultivate students'creative thinking. There also attaches the author's creative "teaching" design for high school. Research methods used in this paper are: literature investigation, comparative law, observation and theoretical elaboration method, case method, etc.
