Reform and innovation are the inevitable trend and choice of morality education in 21st , and they are also the profound innovation in morality education and system. In the new period, on one hand, we need clearly to see the relationship between society and morality education, and look on the role of traditional morality newly in modern society, then we can inherit and develop it better; on the other side, we need take new angle to scan the current morality education in our country, ensure morality education must make for modernization, and from new view, use new ways and new content to response the challenge of modern society to follow the need of society development.On the morality education concept, we need change the unmanned morality education in the past, replace by taking person as basis, and foster independent personality and innovation spirit.. At the same time, foster and establish morality and the concept about person, independent, living in the morality education become the stringent task of education theory and practice groups.In the aim of morality education, traditional morality education often start off from society standard, idealize morality education and advance morality aim to the highness that most people can not reach it, which deviate practice and too idealization, and difficult to carry out in the realism really. As the practical instances have difference of everybody, to reach expectant aim, we must rearrange morality education aims. Through distinguish difference stratums of morality education aims can distinguish universality and individual. Only such pertinence education can promote individual development most adequately.About morality education method, the methods of morality education in the past are simple and mechanical, which only students as the passive receivers of morality ethics and often adopt inspiring method. This kind of method have its active side, but it ignore foster students'basic dharma, morality judgment and choice abilities, and ignore the development of morality main body and morality sensibility experience. Morality education methods need set out from the development of students'morality character and effective of morality education, strive innovation, and make great efforts in actual effect, need maneuverable combination multi-method and agility apply them.The process of morality education actually is the process of carrying out education and receiving education. During the course, morality should fuse the process of morality knowledge, students'living world and living experience, thereby making students internal, experience and practice criterion insensibly, then reach the aim of perfect personality, but not durance students in close, health, ideal, and virgin environment, deviate living world completely.To perfect morality education environment has been gotten more and more extensive attention. The really morality education aim at create a loose, health and friendly environment for individual morality development, construct a purity and joyous spirit homestead for individual and foster lots of rational and particular morality being. To construct favorable morality education environment, we can commence on three aspects: first, construct favorable campuses atmosphere, which including construct campuses cultures and foster well schools spirits; second, advance the diathesis of teacher troops; third, exploit morality education channel wider, and make morality education walk up to modernization, walk out campuses and walk into society.
