Analysis And Strategies On The Present Situation Of Elite Athletic Sports Teams In Colleges And Universities Of Jiangxi Province

Elite sports team seted up in college and university is an important strategic action to train elite athletes in multi-forms, multi-level and multi-channel in our country, which is the best way of the combination of sports and education.The purposes of elite sports teams seted up in universities are to excavate and use universities' education resources fully, expand talented person raising channel in competitive sports, realize the strategic target of chinese university competitive sports to move towards the World University Games, and serve for the gold medal strategy of Olympic Games. At present, elite athletic sports teams in universities of Jiangxi province is an troop which smaller in scale and shorter in development time, in its developing process, it is extremely essential to distinguish and analyze some primary factors which constitute and affect its development to solve the principal contradiction and the core question in development, to formulate the development goal and the developmental strategy.The purpose of this paper is to discover the primary factors which restrict the development of elite athletic sports teams of universities in Jiangxi Province on the base of investigating the development situation of elite athletic sports teams of universities in Jiangxi Province comprehensively,propose the pointed strategy thoroughly and Systematically, provide the essential theory support for the development of elite athletic sports teams of universities in Jiangxi Province.This paper mainly use literature analyses, expert visit, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistic and so on.The findings as follows: 1) The quantity of coaches can meet the normal work needs; The age structure of coaches was unreasonable, appeared the fault phenomenon; The education qualification structure of coaches presents the undergraduate course primarily, but their specialized sport experience and the competition experience are limited relatively; Coaches' assign lack the competition which should have to post with the award and penalty mechanism; Coaches lack the opportunity to participating high level training and refresher course; The proportion of professional coaches is very small; The majority of coaches' scientific research level also wait for enhancement. 2) Athletes of elite athletic sports teams in universities of Jiangxi Province are mainly the 1st grade, but lacks the superior athlete in rank; The class-odd training system of "a dragon" which elementary school-middle school- university not yet forms; The majority of athletes start to participate in the fundamental training at an advanced age. 3) The specialties elected by the athletes are unitary, the majority of it centralize in the physical specialty. This kind of situation alleviated the contradiction between study and training in certain degree, but didn't consider fully athlete's hobby and the difficulty of employment after graduation;The time athletes used in literacy study is insufficient, especially freshman athlete. 4) Male and female athletes'event distribution tendency basically equality which mainly concentrates in the events of dash race and hurdle race, leaps and bounds, thrown, but the events of race walking and pentathlon are less; The majority of athletes are positive to the training, but nearly one half athletes felt athletic performance has the drop tendency after entering universities, this situation is worth the related sports department of Jiangxi Province thinking deeply . 5) The lack of funds is a generally question existing in the process of universities training elite athletes in Jiangxi Province; Because of partial equipments lacking, some events development has limited.The number of competition which athletes participated is few; The lack of independent competition system and the shortage of funds are the main causes of few competition.The strategies as follows: Relieving the idea barrier, surveying scientifically the combination of sports and education; Strengthing the scientific management, standardizing the management system; Improving the recruitment system, expanding the candidates channel; Optimizing the coach troop, improving the coach vocational level; Collecting the fund in every way, forming multivariate funds structure; Improving the competition management system, displaying fully the competition function; Establishing the reasonable educational model, solving the contradiction between study and training; On the basis of school's existing condition , prominenting key events; Utilizing fully the resources, providing the material safeguard for the scientific training; Establishing training quality appraisal system, enhancing the scientific level of training.
