As a non Olympic Games project, there is no specialaerobics team setting in various provinces and cities in our country at present. Highlevel athletes basically concentrated in the colleges, colleges and universities become animportant base for our country development of aerobics. The competitive level ofaerobics sports teams in colleges and universities has become the key factoraffecting aerobics competitive level of high level in China directly. Therefore, it is verynecessary to concern about the development of the university aerobics teams.Throughout the important national aerobics competition every year, colleges anduniversities in Henan Province is relatively low either the number of team, or theranking, there is a big gap with the better performance of the provinces and cities. Thisarticle investigates and analysis of the status of universities and colleges in HenanProvince aerobics teams. Through the research methods of literature, questionnaire,in-depth understanding of the current situation of Henan Province university aerobicsteams, carefully analyze the main factors restricting the development level, to providethe corresponding measures for the development of sports teams, and to providereference for the Henan Province universities aerobics development.We got results as follows:1. The Goals of Universities and colleges in Henan province aerobics sports team is to improve the Campus culture influence, visibility, enrich the campus culture. Thereis a big gap between China’s Ministries of education, the State Sports GeneralAdministration put forward the completed World University Games and theinternational, domestic major sports task and contribute to the sustainable developmentof competitive sports goal.2. To participate in the competition is the competition, on the whole to participatein competition in province of colleges and universities has increased year by year, butthe vast majority of colleges and universities to participate in Aerobics competitions,participate in competitive aerobics competition in few and decreasing trend. Comparedwith the Hebei Province, Henan province aerobics participating college is obviouslyinsufficient,the development of Henan province university aerobics project is notbalanced.3. Universities and colleges in Henan province aerobics sports team athletesmainly ordinary college students, sports level is low, training period is short, the lack ofhigh-quality students, but also interference of sports injury, is not conducive to thetraining work; but the training motivation and attitude is correct, the contradictionbetween education and training is not very prominent.4.
