Survey Of Jiangxi Province, University Sports Teams Research And Development Of Countermeasures

In 1987,51 colleges of China were chosen for the first time as the experiment schools to recruit high quality athletes.Almost twenty years has passed since then and excellent results have been achieved.The universities have become the important strategic centers for the development of sports based on their won unique advantages.Since the athletics entered the universities,many high quality athletes have grown up from the universities.And it is an important trend that the roles of the universities become more and more critical in the development of China's athletics.Therefore,it is essential to study the current situations of athletic teams of the universities and provide the corresponding strategies and policies because those researches will benefit the development of high level college athletic teams in practices.This paper take the universities' high level athletic teams of Jiangxi Province the study objects,then carefully analyze the recruitments,the origins of athletic students,the organization and management,the training and the games,the coach teams by research methods such as collecting data and relevant materials, interviewing,questionnaire surveys and mathematical statistics.By these works,we have understood and known the current situations of the universities' high level athletic teams of Jiangxi Provinceas,then identified those elements that affect the development of the universities' high level athletic teams of Jiangxi Province.Based on these results,incorporating the advices of the experts,we have the following suggestions:formalizing and improving the recruiting system,broadening the athletic-student selection criterion,widening the recruiting channels;strengthening the developing potential of the teams,consummating the educating system for the support teams, increasing the candidates' qualities for the high level athletic teams; establishing a scientific,reasonable,efficient system to ensure the healthy development of the high level athletic teams of the universities;increasing the training efficiency,guarantee the training quality,and working with the scientific training system; strengthening the development of the coach team,building up a professional,high quality,high level coach team;sixth,the programs for the high level athletic teams of the universities should closely related to the superior programs of our province.
