Life education was deduced from the three value dimensions, including accepting knowledge, opening wisdom and moistening life, which raised by Professor Huang Kejian in 1993. The deep goal of life education is to make the life of educators and educatees moistened and their wishes granted at the same time in the process of education. It is a kind of education which can help individual specific and sound life to fulfill his or her wishes. As an important part of life education, life teaching has its own theory. The basic rationale of life teaching is to respect life specificity, to treat life autonomy well, to follow life integrity closely, and to understand life growth. Life education is based on life growth. Through watching the world wide, the students can experience emotion, promote personality and make their individuality widely known. Meanwhile, the teachers'career life is transfigured with life education. The life of teachers and students can develop continually through their interactions and experiencing together. Life teaching has the characteristics of life experience, teaching contact interaction and production. As for the students, the goal of life education is to pursue the life integrity, to emphasize the students'personality development, to pay attention to their life experience and to watch their emotion communication closely. According to the theory of life teaching, the thesis puts forward the following goals for students: producing knowledge, improving ability, communicating emotion, making their personality open, promoting character, experiencing life, and sublimating spirit. While the mathematics life teaching under the guide of life education in high school lies in the following aspects, including producing mathematics knowledge, improving mathematics ability, communicating emotion between teachers and students, making their learning personality open, promoting mathematics character, experiencing mathematics life, and sublimating mathematics spirit.The current thesis conducts the study in the way of quasi-experiment to explore the life education applied in mathematics teaching in high school, including its theory and practice. From the results of the experiment and the questionnaire, it shows that the life teaching under the rational of life education can not only make the students acquire knowledge but also learn in a joyful way. Nobody feels that they are ignored because of poor mathematics performance. Instead, they can touch the feeling that they are well taken care of. Also, they can express their ways of solving mathematics problems and learn in their specific styles.
