With the constant development and progress of the society, it becomes possible for everybody to enjoy equal rights of receiving education. However, enjoying these rights doesn't mean getting the same chance of developing oneself as others. There are some unfair phenomena in classroom instruction, which leads to developmental inequality of different individuals, influencing the effect of classroom instruction. Thus, how to realize the fairness of classroom instruction becomes an important problem demanding a prompt solution.The research technique of this article uses synthetically classroom observation, literature, analysis and questionnaire inquiry. I look through the problem of equality in the classroom teaching from observers, teachers and students these three facets, and I choose a class of a high school in Yugan to do some observation, in the class, I written down the information of the teachers and the students. In this way, I analyze its causes, propose appropriate countermeasures.This paper is divided into four main parts: the first part mainly puts forward the problem of the classroom teaching equality. The second part mainly discusses the understanding of the concept of the classroom teaching equality and the character of the classroom teaching equality, the third part, from classroom observation, literature analysis and questionnaire inquiry, mainly make a reality inspection for classroom teaching equality, meanwhile analyze its reasons and the bad influence, consequences. The last part mainly take out some useful measures to solve and improve classroom teaching equality, turn our ideal into reality, and make ourselves and lots of teachers think it over.
