Research On Today's College Students Of Ideological And Ethical Current Situation And Countermeasure

As a special group of the youth and the cross-century generation, the college students with healthy ideology and morality in today's China are decisive to the future of our nation. It is quite significant for us to enhance the students' ideological and ethical qualifies by thoroughly understanding the political features, comprehensiveness, temporal spirit, subjectiveness, long-termedness and integration of the education of ideology and morality of the college students.Today's college students have their unique contemporary and social characteristics. The mainstream of their ideological and ethical qualities remains fine; however, some problems that can't be neglected still exist. Based on the multi-level and many-sided analysis, we are striving to fred the problems and defects with regard to the education of ideology and morality of the college students.In the context of further development of socialist market economy, it is highly demanded that we should set comparatively high standards for the college students' ideological and ethical qualifies from the angle of realizing socialist modernization drive and building a well-off society. This paper attempts to offer some suggestions on updating the educational mentality of enhancing the students' ideological and ehical qualities, establishing an advanced educational mechanism and a scientific working system and improving the environment for the education of ideology and morality.
