With the development of education reform, people's insight into the nature of teaching processes further. The modern teaching has changed f- rom traditional teaching-and receiving view to the integrated-development view, which pays attention not only to students'master of knowledge, skills, but also their physiological, psychological development, and the social effi- ciency. From the teaching practice, we see it is quite common that some st- udents may have certain psychological barriers while studying. The barriers are directly affecting the education teaching effect and the nurture of comp- rehensive quality talents. Study the performance of the psychological barri- ers among students and the reasons, using students'psychological develop- ment rule, teachers can take the effective measures to avoid and eliminate the psychological barriers. It is one of the problems that teachers are urgent to solve.Students from the Low-Level school make up a relative special group. Apart from the general psychological features with peer groups the general, the students have their own psychological features. General speaking, there are two prominent performances. One is that psychological development relat- ively lags to physiological development. The other is that in the process of socialization, due to various factors caused by unsuitability (for example study unsuitability, interpersonal communication unsuitability ) students are likely to experience negative emotions, which leads to certain emotion- nal barrier tendency, for example, students are impulsive. With heavier in- feriority and excessive anxiety, students are liable to giving up themselves.Students entering into the Low-Level school have been treated unfairly. in particular, for those with learning difficulties. This kind is unfairness comes from both inside and outside of the school. There are several reasons for this phenomenon. Firstly, those students are suffering discrimination from people due to poor academic performance, losing the status in the collective. Thus, they have to use other ways to find their"paradise"such as using disturbs to satisfy themselves with the social, academic, emotional needs as well as the need of being successful, acknowledged and noticed by the other people and so on. Secondly, the single high and low points as an evaluation criterion results in the passive attitude as the losers ,which restrains their interest in learning .Consequently ,students can't make full use of their capacity, let alone to cultivate their special skills .Thirdly although some students would like to study earnestly , they may not resist pressure from the peer group to give up. China Youth Research Center and The Beijing normal university education department have done an extensive survey on the study and development of students in primary and secondary schools. The results show that Chinese students generally tired of study, especially the secondary school students. The psychologist forum held in August 2000 by Beijing Mental Health Association published results of a survey: twenty percent of the secondary schools students are tired of study, majority of which are poor schoolIf students from the Low-Level school can't maintain good mental state and adjust their behavior appropriately, it is hard for them to complete the study during the period of compulsory education successfully. It is even harder to guarantee their healthy growth in the future. Therefore, it is extremely important to analyze the psychology of the students from schools in which the ablities of the students are poor and carry on psychological counseling.This paper discusses the study psychological analysis of the students in Low-Level school and the strategies. Although it is not a new research direction, the research will deepen the understanding of the factors that affect the improvement of learning capability of the students from the Low-Level school and explore the strategies to solve these problems. With the strategies we can help students to built up their confidence, reduce excessive anxiety, have better self-control, make full use of their talents, and adjust to the demand of school and society. Using these strategies, we can help students enjoy study, overcome difficulties with confidence, understand the truth in their study. Eventually, all the poor-performanced students will learn the knowledge, optimize the quality of learning, make process and make full use of their capacity.
