College basketball has a long history in China, Basketball is introduced by the youth Christian Church in 1895, and is developed religious schools of some large cities. First to represent our country in international competition, the members are mostly from the University basketball team. A large number of outstanding basketball talents are trained on Campus. The founding of new China in the early, The most of members of the national team coaches come from the university .1950s of the last century,"three training network" about athletic personnel training center among Sports School,provincial team and national Team is gradually formed and moved out the campus in china.In 1998, with the sports reform process accelerated, the National University Basketball League CUBA formally organized in China. Decades, CUBA has significant influenced, promoted the process of sports reform and usefully explored for the combined of training and teaching. Meanwhile, in the competition, CUBA sports teams are also faced with many perplexing, particularly in management. Management can produce performance and efficiency. Team management team is through building and development , to enable the orderly operation of the team and to ensure the important goals that realized the Target of the team. The management of sports teams Strengthened is the key which improve the team performance.In this paper, a documentary, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and mathematical statistics and other research methods are used to study the CUBA sports teams on the management. Survey results show:1) During the CUBA creation with 10 years, the most notable achievements is wonted in the combination of College and Sports .However, They give a little attention to the sports teams in the management.2) Enrollment in the way it is difficult to form a unified admission standards, at the result, there are still all kinds of unreasonable in the admission process.3) Coaches lack of high-level sports training experience, training and competition lacks experience.4) training school athletes prominent contradictions, it is very difficult to become a qualified student.5) College sports teams in each of the matches in less time athletes training not only at the state competition. Competition is difficult to meet the needs of training athletes.6) Moral athletes have paid insufficient attention.7) Most of the athletes do not have medical supervision and management of implementation, not for athletes to the health, training, The game offers good protection .8) Sports Team of the shortage of funds, the main source of funding for school funding sources have been more single, Most of the team has a serious shortage of funds.Recommendations :1) Sports teams as the direct management agencies, should be streamlined management procedures, and enhance the management efficiency.2) Class athletes to strengthen the quality of the cultural study, the number of athletes to resolve contradictions training.3) Medical strengthen supervision and management, monitoring the indicators of physiological functions, Training to prevent the fatigue and injuries occur and the quality of the training and competitions rising.4) College sports teams to increase the input of funds, in addition to increasing school funding, should also relax the policy, a multi-directional, raise funds through multiple channels.
