Analysis On The Development Status And Influencing Factors Of CUBA High-level Men's Basketball Teams In Jiangsu Province

CUBA high-level team not only represents the highest level of CUBA league,but also is concerned and loved by teachers,students and basketball fans.Its development status directly affects the development of basketball in colleges and universities in our province.This paper takes eight CUBA men's basketball teams' development status in Jiangsu Province as the object of study.Separately from the aspects of the development orientation of college basketball teams,the competition and learning of athletes,the coaching situation of coaches,and the construction of rules and regulations,the development and influencing factors of CUAB high level groups in Jiangsu province are analyzed through literature study,questionnaire methods,mathematical statistics,logical reasoning and so on.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The development orientation of basketball in colleges and universities meets the national requirements reasonably,and the development goal is in line with the actual situation,which is conducive to the development of basketball in colleges and universities.2.Coaches are mostly part-time and their ages are polarized.The way of coaches' reward is unreasonable in colleges and universities.3.Athletes' emphasis on the study of cultural classes needs to be improved.There are too few exchanges between universities.Athletes are worried about their employment after graduation and employment will affect the training of some athletes.4.Training venues and facilities in colleges and universities can meet the needs of coaches and players in training competitions.Training funds of basketball team are generally insufficient.5.The importance of leadership is the biggest factor that affects CUBA high-level basketball teams.The most influential factor that affects the development of athletes' skills is the incentive mechanism of players.The most important factors which need to be solved are the importance of leadership and athlete's own conditions.Suggestions:1.Strengthen the construction of rules and regulations and establish rules and regulations for high-level basketball.2.Formulate coaches' incentive methods in strict accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education.Make reasonable use of resources of college teachers.Increase the number of coaches appropriately.3.Clear the position of high-level athletes and strengthen the learning and guidance of athletes' cultural classes.Increase exchanges between universities in and outside the province.4.Give basketball teams special funds according to the country.Broaden the sources of funds for basketball teams and form diversified funding sources.5.Make reasonable use of the factors that affect the development of basketball teams and athletes' skills.Improve the attention of college leaders to basketball teams and athletes.Set up a reasonable player incentive system based on the actual situation of colleges and universities.
