How To Construct The System Of Enterprise Education And To Implement The Strategies In Colleges And Universities

As the international situation of employment becomes instantly stern, people have begun to reconsider the experience in the educational development. They think that the prominent question in the school education is that the knowledge taught to the students cannot suit the social development because it needs to reform the school education, in particular, some measures in the students'employment should be taken. The most important point is that some problems on the students'employment are puzzling the higher education and urging the higher education to make the new attempt and exploration in the pattern of cultivating the talents. Under such a background,"The International Seminar for the Education in 21st Century"was held in Beijing in 1989. The conception of"Dedication and Pioneering Education"was proposed ,and later it was put into"Enterprise Education"In the 1990s, a great change took place in the situation of higher educational development in China : it was inevitable for the colleges and universities to enlarge the students'enrollment in order to make the masses to be educated, to meet the demand for the talents in our country, to stimulates the investment to education, to develop the new consumption, and to build universities began to enlarge their enrollment. Because the more the students graduate from colleges or universities, the less the society can offer them the jobs for which the employees are not paid, people pay more attention to the students'employment in the educational mode of employment. Therefore, enterprise education, which can make the college students apply for the jobs and get new jobs, comes into the higher education in China. Based on it, I focus on the study of enterprise education in colleges and universities of China. There are four sections in my paper.In the first section, I elaborate the present situation of development in enterprise education of colleges and universities in China, analyze its major existing problems and present the relevant reasons.In the second section, I propose its basic theory, analyze the meaning and characteristics of starting a business, elaborate the connotations, characteristics, function and value of enterprise education, and present that the enterprise education in colleges and universities of China aims at cultivating college students'integrated qualities by renewing the idea of starting a school and reforming the system of curriculum, the teaching content and methods. On the other hand, it focuses on showing the idea of enterprise education that can exist in the students'education and constructing the system of enterprise education to cultivate college students'spirit and ability to start a business based on the education of speciality. In the third section, I explain how to construct the system of enterprise education in colleges and universities as a whole and present how to form the system of goal, the system of curriculum, the system of regulation and the system of safeguard in the enterprise education of colleges and universities.In the fourth section, according to the existing problems in the enterprise education of colleges and universities, I propose some relevant strategies that can be carried out, like taking the enterprise education as a core to have a new idea of education , strengthening the enterprise education to form a team of teachers, reforming the mode of cultivating the talents, building up the teaching system to benefit the enterprise education, enhancing the organization of the enterprise education, constructing the effective system of enterprise service on campus, developing the cultural environment that is good for college students in starting their businesses. the education effective strategy to the university students' innovative undertaking cultural environment.
