Vocational education school-enterprise cooperation is a common topic which was difficult to be broken through,vocational education developing cooperation with school-enterprise is depend on its nature and missions,the nature,occupational and cross-border,decides that if Vocational Education complete the tasks,it not only relies on vocational education vocational colleges but also enterprises’ board participation which has also become the general consensus of the public.With the deepening research on vocational education school-enterprise cooperation,more and more people began to realize that the school-enterprise cooperation system has become the core issue and the focus of many difficulties,how to improve the school-enterprise cooperation system,it will become the key of institutionalized school-enterprise cooperation in the future.The institutionalization of school-enterprise cooperation mainly includes two aspects,one is school-enterprise cooperation system static level,the other one is the stakeholders’ action preferences and behavior logic in the process of school-enterprise cooperation,these two complements support each other,which determine the effect of school-enterprise cooperation together. The new institutionalism on organizational analysis is a completely theoretical system,which is from the level of organization and systems to analyze and explain how it happens,form and internalize in a system. Therefore,this study focuses on vocational education school-enterprise cooperation institutionalizing as the main content to the new system primarily for organizational analysis perspective,the full text of system construction through the static and dynamic behavior of policy actors and logic two clues relevant researches,with a view providing ideas and strategies for the vocational education school-enterprise cooperation be institutionalized. The main contents include the following aspects:Introduction part:topic reasons,research summary,related concepts and research design.Part I:main ideas and research on new institutionalism of this study are highly relevant to the analysis of a brief overview of the organization,including the three basic elements of the system,the environment and the legitimacy of the institutional mechanisms and organizational relationship with the system logic and system construction and system of the core concepts and ideas,from the content,standards, and other aspects of the main level and school-enterprise cooperation institutionalizes connotation analysis,to understand the school-enterprise cooperation institutionalized connotation better.Part II:the current investigation and analysis on the plight of school-enterprise cooperation system,and the use of logic analysis system to the interests of vocational education school-enterprise cooperation actors stakeholders including central government, local government,vocational schools and other enterprises in school enterprise cooperation in the process of behavioral logic and behavioral strategies are analyzed,more intuitive presentation of the reality of the current school-enterprise cooperation.Part III:analyzing the causes of the dilemma of school-enterprise cooperation by using new institutionalism from the regulatory,normative and cultural awareness of the three dimensions of the current system of vocational education school enterprise cooperation system,and the complexity of the formation mechanism of the deep distress of school-enterprise cooperation to analyze the root causes of to make the plight of institutionalized presented more clearly, further construction of school-enterprise cooperation system,institutionalized and provide arguments based on the reference.Part IV : try to build a vocational education school-enterprise cooperation institutional framework combining education school-enterprise cooperation system of vocational practical difficulties and attribution analysis,tissue analysis with a New Institutional Perspective in normative and cultural- cognitive and other level,then give strategies on implementing school-enterprise cooperation achieving the institutionalization.
