The thesis focuses on the research of high school chemistry teachers of ILi state and draw the conclusion of reality meaning and theoretical value, which bases on the chemistry teachers' current education requirement and the main factors which the author adopts the academic methodologies such as , investigation , observation , interview and literature review , etc. influence teachers'education development . The thesis consists of five parts.The first part is problem rising. It generally describes the background situation , current problem analysis, reality meaning , the basic structure and concrete thought .The second part is the essential theoretical foundation of the thesis , which are the basic rules of questionnaire and interview .The third part is the main body on high school chemistry teachers'current education and the requirement investigation . It mainly states the choice of research method and the process of research manipulation .Then it also have a careful investigation and complete numerous analysis on the current situations of teachers'current education , requirement , the understanding and attitude of new curriculum innovation reformation and the development of teachers'discipline and finally obtains the objective conclusion .The forth part is the integrated discussion . The author pays more attention to the first-hand materials and the educational development of high school chemistry teachers so as to analyze the contributing factors influencing high school chemistry teachers' education .The economic status and low salary of teachers 'profession cause unsteadiness of teachers . The defect of teachers' qualification certificate causes different level of teachers'education . The traditional teaching method and unreasonable knowledge structure of high school teachers result in the low level of teachers profession . The low standard of teachers'training and simple training pattern influence promotion of teachers'education level as teachers lack of the active learning consciousness and self-reflective competence , which prevent teachers professional development . And provide the effective strategies . Government should change views . It also means that they should improve teachers' salary and adopt the effective teachers' training model so that arouse activity of teachers professional development . The norms of teachers'qualification and quasi-teacher qualification of teacher education guarantee teachers professional quality. The perfect teachers' education training and courses system and school-based training should be carried out so as to make good use of course recluses perfectly and reasonably .The last part comes to the final and general conclusion to the whole thesis .
