The education in Henan has been speeding developed into a great body owing more than 70 undergraduate colleges and training schools. Higher physical education is one of the important parts of the higher education. Not only it's a significant factor with a great infertility in the course of the carrying cut quality education among colleges but also the teaching staffs are the main executors who carry cut higher physical education. With the soaring development of our society, average people pay more and more attention to the range of health, especially focusing on studying mental health.
