The Problems About How To Strengthen And Improve The Ideological And Political Education Of Post-graduates

The ideological and political education of college students has been a concern of domestic academic issues. Many scholars and experts from different angles have discussed this, but on the ideological and political education of post-graduates articles were very limited. With the size of our post-graduates continues to expand, how to strengthen the graduate students'ideological and political education is the new era of the major issues to ideological majority of workers and college leadership. This paper focus on the ideological and political education for post-graduates, dwells on the measures about how to strengthen this education for post-graduates and aims to offer some help to educators and supervisors.The full text is made up of four parts. The first part discusses the significance in strengthening the ideological and political education of post-graduates from the social status and role. The second part elaborates the content structure. The third part analyses the situation as well as the main problems about the ideological and political education for post-graduates from both the recognition and work systems, concretely analyses the current patterns about the post-graduates management. The last part presents some measures about how to improve the ideological and political education, how to choose the management patterns dynamically and improve the specific ways and means according to the post-graduates development, including starting from people foremost, improving two courses study, enhancing the social practices, building up an all-dimensional platform for education and so on.
