The Relationship Between Educational Development And Economic Growth Empirical Study

In the background of intellectual economy, education has exerted more and more important influence in the whole national economic development, education must be given priority development in strategic position as the basis of socialist modernization. Xinjiang lies in the west of china, the economic development is slower than the south regions, education become important way to bridge south regions and west regions .Therefore, it's necessary to study the growth's degree of Xinjiang education affects economic growth systematically, and extend the crucial problems need to be paid attention to, thereby we can derive the useful policy implications for future development.This paper combines the theoretical analysis with the empirical studies, research Xinjiang education degree how to affects Xinjiang economic growth. On the basis of reviewing correlative research, firstly, this paper introduces the meaning and economic function of educational development and correlative theory of economic increase, then based on the theoretical framework we build econometrics models, through Stat analysis software Eviews3.1, using the method of Co integration Test and Granger Causality Tests to have the data analysis, testing graduated education,college education,technical education,technical secondary school,professional middle school education, effect on economic increase. The empirical results indicate that finally, some useful suggestions were given to promoting the development of Xinjiang regions, such as innovation of higher education, developing the characteristic professional middle school education of Xinjiang, reset the specialty, and so on.
