Chinese martial arts are the gem of the Chinese nation for thousands of years built up a great wealth. In the ancient times, she took one kind of art of attack and defenses the technical widespread application to the military, played the vital role in society's vicissitude and the development. In the modern age, the martial arts has been used for military training, the martial arts Gong and the attack is still an important part of modern military training. Special armed police and special force are used in the training. In private, the martial arts are not only an attack technology, but also have mystical and the superstitious color multitudinous schools. In cities, in the attack on the basis of martial arts are given more performances: as a means the method can be used as a physical exercise. The martial arts have developed into today's fitness, mind, entertainment, leisure, health and other diversified functions of a sport.Although martial arts have many functions, but the popularity of martial arts is hardly flattering. The martial arts are why so many excellent functions and also does not have the universal application? What measures should be taken to make martial arts can be better and better service to the community?Based on the study fruit of forerunners, using the method of survey, documents and interview, the thesis analyzes the relationship between college martial arts education and community martial arts exercise and puts forward to the author's own idea in the perspective of college martial arts education's socialization and community martial arts exercise's educational function, that's the interactional development of college martial arts education and community martial arts exercise.According to the requirement of macro-idea of education and lifelong education, the relationship between education and society should be characterized by"socialized education and educationalized society". This characteristic is reflected in the martial arts education. That's to require that college martial arts education and community martial arts exercise should be related, combined, promote each other and finally develop as a whole. What's more, the study on interactional development helps college martial arts education and community martial arts exercise develop and the construction of the education of martial arts and physical education from the perspective of theory and guidance.In terms of the relationship between college martial arts education and community martial arts exercise, at first, the thesis defines the terms—interaction,college martial arts education and community martial arts exercise. Then it expounds that college martial arts education and community martial arts exercise influence, promote each other and develop at the same time. And it emphasizes the important influence of community martial arts exercise on college martial arts education.In order to make the idea of interactional development more persuasive, the thesis explains the definition of interactional development and the basic premises of harmonious development and objectively analyzes the probabilities of the interactional development between college martial arts education and community martial arts exercise.These basic premises are what these are the same goals and complementary conditions and the between the needs of the individual and leaders'attaching great importance and related legal assurance. At the same time, the thesis expounds the flexibility of the interactional development of college martial arts education and community martial arts exercise by using the macro idea of education, the guideline, and the purpose of"people-centered"and sustainable development. In the studies of college martial arts education and community martial arts exercise, people usually put community martial arts culture in an inferior position, so the thesis focuses on community martial arts culture, expounds the phenomena of the development of community martial arts exercise and college martial arts education and finds out several problems deserving attention. (1) In terms of studies on functions, the studies of either college martial arts education or community martial arts exercise just concentrate on its own system and don't show that community physical culture and school physical education are closely related and promote each other. (4) Martial arts scientific research aspect, the martial arts scientific research lacks the interaction development, develops not balanced; the college martial arts have the very big superiority in the scientific research aspect compared to the community martial arts. (5) In terms of the way of organizing, college martial arts education and community martial arts exercise don't consider each other's need nor provide helpful condition to each other. (6) As far as consuming the martial arts is concerned, community martial arts exercise doesn't consider the demand of students, which doesn't show the continuity of education nor reach the idealized situation of sustainable development.In a word, in course of the development of college martial arts education and community martial arts exercise, the relationship of interactional development between subsystems of one system is not shown. They can't provide the helpful condition for each other's development and are not fit for the requirement of the development of the society. The thesis analyzes the unharmonious situations of college martial arts education and community martial arts exercise and sums up several main causes, and induces the main reason. Therefore, combined with the actual situation of our country, the thesis puts forward to some countermoves: (1) strengthen the theoretical studies of the interactional development of college martial arts education and community martial arts exercise; (2) renewing ideas is the essence of the interactional development; (3) strengthen the relation between college martial arts education and community martial arts exercise and advance the socialized construction of college martial arts education and the educational construction of community martial arts exercise; (4) summons and enforce the external participation.As the college martial arts and the community martial arts belong to the social sports category, the college has the good location facility superiority, the talented person group superiority and the education function superiority in the development of the community martial arts, this kind of superiority the implementation which planned for the community martial arts development and the people healthy body has provided the condition. The college martial arts may rely on the many kinds of forms the community martial arts organization. College martial arts education advances entire community martial arts development through establishing community martial arts club form. Simultaneously the college martial arts may draw support from the community martial arts the development to lead own development, then this will be able to develop the populace sports from now on to build the solid foundation well.Therefore, by studying the theories concerned and analyzing current situation, the author proves that putting forward to the idea of the interactional development of college martial arts education and community martial arts exercise is the inevitable requirement of community and college in the cause of education and the system of education by society, which, at present, in course of practicing teaching, plays an important role in terms of theory and reality. Correctly handle the relationship between the two, and are better able to implement the "national fitness program," to jointly promote the sound development of sports in society.
