The fairness is the social ideal that the mankind has been seeking assiduously from ancient times, safeguarding and realizing social fairness and justice, securing the overwhelming majority of the people's fundamental interests, which is the inevitable demand for our Party to insist on building a party for the interests of the people, assume power for the people, and is also an essential demand for the socialist system. The education equity is the basic fairness of the people development and the important component of society's fairness. Education involves huge numbers of families, and benefits descendants. It is an important reaction that society development should serve and depend on people, achievements shared by people. It is our Party and government's duty-bound duty to insist priority education development, promote the education equity in a more cost-effective manner, ensure the broad masses of the people's right of receiving an education the most to the maximum extent, and also an objective demand to promote social fairness and justice, and build the harmonious socialist society.This paper regards the theory of Marxist education as guideline, examines and summarizes theory and practice of the education equity that Communist Party of China(CPC)has pursued, hoping to have certain enlightenment on our practice in the future. The full text contains five parts altogether besides foreword and conclusion.Part One: The part mainly defines and summarizes the concepts and theories relevant to education equity, and is guidelines of this paper and theoretical foundation too. The article defines thoughtfulness of education equity at first; then summarizes the theory of Marxist education equity; besides, explains two major theoretical foundations of Marxism education equity: The theory of people's development in an all-round way and Marxist equity theory; and realize deeply that people's development in an all-round way is Marxist key value and the end idea of education equity, and then explained the view of education equity that " people first ".Part Two: The part described mainly the pursuit and exploration of the CPC's education equity in new-democratic revolution period: strive for the right of receiving education for workers and peasants. The CPC has inherited and developed the common people education thought, then common people educational sport develops into educational sports of workers and peasants, and carried on beneficial exploration in the revolutionary base area, formed the national, scientific, masses' educational thought of new democracy, which became the important source of the new Chinese education thought.Part Three: The part mainly examines the winding exploration of CPC's education equity in socialist twists explore period: Fair view of workers and peasants -oriented education. After new China came into being, the socialist system has established the important social base for promoting and education equity with its unique superiority , developed the policy of " serving workers and peasants ", has fundamentally guaranteed workers and peasants and their children's right of receiving education; at the same time, the balance of political and noumenonn function, and popularization and contradiction of education ran through on new China " 17-year education" and Culture Revolution.Part Four: The part mainly describes the development of the CPC's education equity since reform and opening-up: The fair view of education of"people first " is established progressively. Reform and opening-up bring order out of chaos in initial stage, recovery and rebuilding, promoting education fair constantly; Education view of facing the 21st century: The fair view of education of " people first " is established progressively.Part Five: The part proposes three idea of CPC's education equity we should pursue: Stand on the socialist character of education, and ensure the broad masses of the people's right of receiving an education the most to the maximum extent; Adhere to human first , and deal with the relation between education, society and people correctly; Insist on two-sided tactics, and handle the relation of popularizing and improving well, common people and elite.
