The network education breakthrough tradition educates time with the spatial limit, gives the study more studies opportunity, can effectively display the existing education resources the superiority. It is an important education way without a doubt that can promotes the lifelong study. It is the advance of network study that suits our country the national condition, which provided an equal study opportunity to Chinese people, can raise populace's culture state, to constructed the lifelong study .So the country has been appearing a series of general and specific policies to support and the encourage network education. Ministry of Education give a series of correlations policy to support greatly,it enhanced people's network curriculum enthusiasm, there has raised the high tide which a network curriculum constructs, but the questions following. Following produces the question is: the network curriculum condensed very many person of painstaking care, consumes the massive manpower and the physical resource, financial resource. Whether do have the study positive participation, whether is high grade, whether can get up the anticipated education goal, whether realizes its education value, this needs a synthesis, objectively, the comprehensive appraisal system. The network curriculum meaning has surpassed the usual significance curriculum's concept ,It not merely contains teaching material, the study content, study arrangement content, and so on .It also has contains various strength at the same time education and the element ,such as the learning activity, the study resources, studies the tool, the study support, the management,and so on. Moreover, they are close linked between them, cannot be separated casually .Therefore we cannot only face curriculum itself, but also should all-around consider it, carries on the research systematically. At present, the domestic does not have the quite authoritative network curriculum evaluation criteria .Therefore, establishing a set of quite perfect reasonable evaluation criteria and implement it, will become an urgent need solution important topic.In the exhaustive explanation correlation concept foundations , this research unifies the domestic and foreign networks curriculum to appraise the research results, and has analyzed the present questions which our country network curriculum appraises .In view of these questions and the insufficiency, the author thought the network curriculum appraises must be conducted by the network technical, the educational technique expert, the discipline expert ,the administrative personnel and the network. The curriculum user respectively embarks from own angle, appraises the network curriculum by the different angle of view .From the appraisal result which obtains is most comprehensive fairest .Because the current network curriculum are lack of the nature appraisal and the appraisal object not be explicitly presented situation, the author proposed the quantification appraisal and the nature appraisal to unify the suggestion, and designed the network curriculum to appraise the target system .This appraisal system based on the appraisal is composed by six appraisals tables, the discipline expert, the network technical personnel, the educational technique personnel, the administrative personnel and the curriculum user is composed six appraisals. Network curriculum learner and counsel teacher are classified for curriculum user .They appraises the network curriculum by their respective special skills. The paper use level analytic method determines each kind of appraisal weight .The appraisal target design is based on the standard in the Ministry of Education network curriculum and the reference of related network curriculum appraised in recent years .The literature obtained level of targets and two levels of targets, and carried on the detailed comprehensive description to two levels of targets, five minute meters subdivided with Li.Kete to it. Finally the value of some network curriculum is divided by six appraisals.This article mainly has five parts: First chapter introduce mainly elaboration paper research background, research significance, research technique and so on .The second chapter mainly elaborate network curriculum appraises related concept. The third chapter analysis the domestic and foreign present situations which appraises to the network curriculum, and discovered the questions and proposed the network curriculum appraises suggestions .The fourth chapter constructs the appraisal target system, and designed five targets tables from the appraisal angle, as well as each appraisal weight and finally appraises the result the computational method. The fifth chapter mainly summarized this research characteristic and the innovation, the insufficiency and the forecast.
