Among the universities with the engineering background who are in theway to the research university, most of S & R work is beared by S & R team.Motivation problem of S & R team is the key to the team that put forth function.Motivation system is the base of attracting, encouraging excellent teachers,and plays a significant role in promoting the ability of S & R as well as theperformance of S & R. Motivation system is the assurance of the way that tothe research universities' strategic target, in this text, the researchresults to motivation mechanism of S & R team of universities have importanttheories and fulfillment meaning not only to the practice of managementmotivation, but also to promotion of the performance of S & R team.The study of S & R team motivation mechanism of university mechanism ismainly divided into three levels——practiceolevel, theory level and systemlevel. In practice level, it is mainly the application of motivation projectin the fulfillment. In theory level, it reflects the idea of man-oriented andharmonious development that is throughout the SRT motivation. In system level,it includes the composition of the motivation system connotation, the designof motivation project and the evaluation system, and these are the corpus thatthe research of SRT motivation mechanism model, too.This text sets out from the S & R team,the present condition of S & R teamof universities, takes motivation mechanism as main line.
