The university teaching quality assurance motivation mechanism is an important part of the university teaching quality assurance. It can stimulate teacher and student to work hard which is helpful to achieve the goal of ensuring teaching quality. First, the article studies the psychological law on motivation and elaborates that motivation mechanism is combined with four steps. The first step is to resolve and thin the overall goal of the organization. The second step is to study the staff's need. The third step is to set up motivation mechanism by finding out common point between the organizational goal and the staff's need. The fourth step is to take measures in order to make motivation mechanism run with high-efficiency. Second, this text researches university teaching quality assurance motivation mechanism theoretically, proposes university teaching quality assurance motivation mechanism theoretically and it's five principles. They are the principle of the scientific development view, multi-level and diverse principle combined with academic freedom in administration principle, prompt feedback principle and emphasizing the fair principle. At last from the basis of the analysis the article draw a conclusion that university teaching quality assurance motivation mechanism has three parts in the practice. They are appraising and examining mechanism, assignment mechanism, and motive force mechanism. Appraising and examining mechanism is made up of teaching appraisal system and the system to assess of work. Teaching appraisal system is to appraise teaching work and student's studying which includes classroom instruction appraisal system and student academic achievement appraisal system. In order to appraise the classroom instruction correctly we should unify the rewards and punishment appraisal and developing appraisal. Moreover also should the expert, the colleague teacher and student's appraisal unify. The system to assess of work is to examine teacher's working in an all-round ways. We should not only examine the teacher's teaching but also examine the teacher's research work. Assignment mechanism is to construct bonus systems of wages taking achievement as basis. Motive force mechanism is made up of three parts, which are teaching competition mechanism, rational training system and the reform of teaching.
