| Since the 18 th National Congress of China,with the support of national policies,the whole country has set off an upsurge of innovation and entrepreneurship.With the expansion of the social demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents,new requirements have been put forward for the work of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students in colleges and universities.The implantation of innovative entrepreneurial genes in the mode of work-study in colleges and universities,the cultivation of innovative spirit and entrepreneurial consciousness of college students,and the improvement of social practice ability of college students have become an important mode for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents.The special attributes of college students determine the difficulty of human resource management of innovative entrepreneurship organizations in schools.Some college students are prone to the problem of low enthusiasm and low persistence in the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship platform,which affects the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education and restricts the growth and development of college students themselves.Therefore,how to motivate and develop the potential of students' management team and stimulate their creativity and work enthusiasm to the greatest extent has great research significance for the platform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.This paper follows the ideas of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems,taking the management team in Yunshan Student Work-Study of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies(YSWG)as the research object,starting from the problems and needs existing in the team,using questionnaire survey and interview form to investigate and analyze employee satisfaction and demand.Based on Content Motivation Theory,Process Theories and Comprehensive Motivation Theory,and combined with YSWG's attribute,characteristic and demand,this paper studies and analyzes the current situation of YSWG's motivation mechanism,and find out the problems existing in it,and finally puts forward the optimization scheme of the motivation mechanism of YSWG's management team by comprehensively combining kinds of motivation theories.This paper adopts the method of combining modern motivation theories with case analysis,puts forward the framework to solve the existing problems in practice,and puts forward the motivation countermeasures which accord with the characteristics of human management of innovative and entrepreneurial work-study entities in colleges and universities.It is expected that through the discussion ofthis paper,it can effectively guide the management practice,and then provide support for promoting the modern management construction of students' innovative and entrepreneurial work-study entities.The management team's problems in the motivation system are representative in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities,so this paper can also provide useful inspiration for the improvement of the motivation mechanism of innovative and entrepreneurial entities in colleges and universities. |
