The teaching team plays an important role in improving the quality of teaching and improving the teaching level of teachers.The concept of the teaching team is the first to draw on the basis of the enterprise team.Since the end of last century,with the team to promote the organization and development of the role of the embodiment of the team,this model of organization has been rapidly popularized.Teaching team as a special team with the characteristics of the industry have been set up in many colleges and universities and used in the teaching process.In colleges and universities,teaching teams have plays an important role in the teaching quality of undergraduate.Based on the theoretical research and the present situation investigation and study,this article carries on the analysis and the discussion to the W University teaching team existence question,and proposed the construction and the management pattern outstanding teaching team in W University.Based on the team management concept and theoretical analysis on the related theories and methods of human resource management,learn from the successful experience of teaching team construction and management at home and abroad university,taking W university teaching team management as the research object,put forward specific proposals for teaching team construction and management zhat fit to their own situation at W University.This paper first analyzes the current situation of construction of teaching team of W University,through the questionnaire survey,the main problems of management of teaching team in W Universities;secondly,using the theory and method of team management,the measures of teaching team management in W universityare are put forward from the W university teaching team construction and management;third,using the analytic hierarchy method,established the W university teaching team performance evaluation index system and assessment management system of W University teaching team.Through assessment and incentive,W University teaching team to get healthy development,finally to improve the teaching quality of W University,and strive to cultivate high quality talents for social needs.The research of this paper has certain application value to the construction and management of W University teaching team,and it has certain reference value to the construction and management of similar colleges and universities in our country.
