"The Kindergarten Education Instruction Summary(Implementation)" set new request to the kindergarten art education, alsoset new request to teacher's role. The teacher's role is very important tothe reform and development of the kindergarten art education. Itdetermines the success or failure of the curriculum reform in kindergarten.To study the teacher's role has become the objective request to thekindergarten art education already. The Reggio Emilia Education Systemis such a system with distinctive teacher's role and remarkable educationeffect. Their exploration on the aspects of leading children to aesthetictaste and artistic expression has significant meaning to us. At present,there are more research on teacher's role in elementary and middleschools, but only a little on the kindergarten teacher's role, and even lesswhen regarding the teacher's role in kindergarten art education.Therefore,It is vital to study the teacher's role in the kindergarten arteducation here. This article depicts the teacher's role in kindergarten arteducation and probes into the existing problems by on-the-spotinvestigation and the record. And it profits from analyzing the relateexperiences of Reggio Emilia Education System and obtain suggestionson the orientation and transformation of teacher's role, thus to enrich thetheory of teacher's role in kindergarten. This article adopts the research method which unifies interview,observation and the literature analysis. The full text consists of four parts.The first part is the exordium, introduced predecessor's related researchand the design of this research. The second part is about the teacher's rolein current kindergarten art education in our countries, mainly about thedescription and the analysis to the teacher's role under realisticcondition,and try to look into some problems. The third part is aboutteacher's role research in the Reggio Emilia Education System, mainlyelaborates its characteristic. Based on all the above analysis, The fourthpart proposed inspiration and reflection which the Reggio EmiliaEducation System bring to us.
